Beautiful place Stunning Views

We had a great stay. Communication was excellent. They answered questions at all hours to help us get the most out of our travel. It was really a very beautiful place to stay. Only downside was the church bells that rang late and early and the rooster that woke you up each morning.

Review

I would not stay here if I rebooked this vacation. Negative: The apartment was clean enough but didn’t feel professionally cleaned. The finishes in the unit were low quality. The bells from a nearby church were very loud in the main bedroom. My biggest negative was the security. Our door didn’t have a normal lock. We only had a latch to secure our door and my wife was a little uneasy about that. Positive: Parking was included which was nice since we rented a car. The self check in process was convenient.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We genuinely appreciate your insights as they help us improve our service. I want to assure you that our cleaning process is indeed professional, involving thorough sanitization and regular quality checks. We're sorry if this wasn't evident during your stay and will reinforce our standards with our cleaning team. Regarding the door lock, we understand your concern. While our current latch system is designed for security, we appreciate your feedback and will explore additional options to enhance our guests' peace of mind. We're glad you found the parking and self-check-in process convenient. These are amenities we're proud to offer our guests. Unfortunately, we can't control the church bells, but we acknowledge they can be disruptive. We're exploring ways to better soundproof our rooms for a more peaceful stay. Despite the challenges, we hope you'll consider staying with us again. We're committed to continuously improving our guests' experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that you appreciated the quiet location and the swimming pool. However, we would like to point out that the property's hillside location is clearly described in the listing, including the recommendation that having a car is highly advisable for moving around the area and reaching restaurants, shops, and local attractions comfortably. Regarding waste disposal, separate recycling is required by local regulations, and all instructions are provided to guests. We are not proving bags (as mentioned in the listing) Concerning the charges, the tourist tax and cleaning fee are clearly displayed before booking and are not hidden costs added afterward. These fees are shown separately, as required by the booking platform, and are visible to all guests before confirming their reservation. We always encourage guests to carefully read the listing description and booking details to ensure the property matches their expectations.
