The home was perfect! Had all the amenities that you could want only a few blocks from the beach had kayaks, paddle boards, beautiful back porch overlooking looking the bay. We will definitely be renting from there again thank you Nancy for a great experience.!

My adult children really enjoyed the access to the bay and the equipment provided. We older folks loved the views, including incredible sunsets. The location was very convenient. Plenty of small food service within walking distance. We only moved our car once. The house is as lovely as pictured. Hope to be back.

Great location on the bay with a hot tub. Beautiful views. Close to the church for the wedding and area restaurants. The fourth queen bed was on the lower floor which was accessible by a spiral staircase with no light. The bottom floor was definitely musty smelling, but the upstairs was fine. We had a problem getting into the upstairs sliding doors and the owner came over quickly and told us the trick. Though I feel for the price we paid and the fact that they were aware of it, it should be fixed. It was difficult to enter and lock even knowing “the trick”. Communication was difficult after we paid. I needed to pay a pay fee after the fact and no matter what I asked, I couldn’t figure out how to do it. That is most likely a VRBO issue. The place was very well stocked and very comfortable. Make sure you bring sheets, towels and paper goods too.

We had an amazing time at the LBI Bayfront Beauty. There was plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 children. Owner was hands on and addressed an problems promptly. The location was amazing bay in the backyard and ocean 1 1/2 blocks.Restaurant, mini golf and ice cream all walking distance!

Weekend Getaway

This is a nice house to rent for a weekend getaway with friends. Owners were nice and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in a restful weekend by the water.

Great Location, Comfortable Home, Breath-taking Sunsets

Terrific place in Ship Bottom, right on the bay and walking distance to the beach. Very clean and spacious. Nancy and David are excellent hosts: very responsive and helpful. We spent both nights in the hot tub at sunset, marveling at the vibrant sunsets.

Relaxing Getaway in Ship Bottom

My family and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful bayfront home. The sunsets on the deck were amazing. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the beds were very comfy too. Very walkable to the beach. Pizza, pancake house, and most other services are also very near by. Thank you Nancy and David for a great time!!

Perfect location and tons of amenities

David and Nancy were so welcoming and we loved the location and use of all the great things at the house. From paddle boards to kayaks to fishing and the hot tub (not to mention incredible sunsets) the week was a great success and we will be repeat guests. Thanks so much!

Great Wedding Weekend

We attended a family wedding at Bonnett Island. The location was perfect. We had great grandparents, grandparents and moms and dads and the children all together. We had a great time. Loved the hot tub, the deck and the view. Thank you for a great weekend.

Perfect water view!

The views and location of this home are incredible! We used the provided kayaks and paddle boards and loved to be able to leave them right off the dock in the backyard. We saw incredible sunsets from the beautiful deck and hot tub. There are lots of restaurants, ice cream, bakeries, and shops all within walking distance.

Beautiful and cozy

Nancy was great from start to end. Their house was wonderful. The boat dock made fishing stress free and convenient. The views from the deck couldn't have been better. We look forward to a future stay.

Perfect Birthday Weekend

We stayed here with our daughter and a few friends for her Sweet 16 weekend. It was the best location! The girls enjoyed the bay and the paddle boards (no kayak as stated in listing), and had a short walk to the beach. Communication with the owners was great, they couldn’t have been nicer!

Girl's weekend

My friends & I have a long standing tradition of a winter get away. Unfortunately 2 got Covid & couldn't join us. The hot tub was amazing, the view from property as well!

Quaint Coastal - Awesome View

Our stay was great - what a beautiful view! The home was perfect for my husband and our 9 month old daughter. Traditional beachy vibe. This is not a negative but something to be aware of - the stairs to go downstairs inside the home are a metal spiral staircase. Carrying the baby up and down them was a challenge so we predominantly used the outdoor deck steps.
