Located in the Gothic Quarter, you can easily walk everywhere in the city. THE SPACE:Located only a few minutes walk to Las Ramblas, Plaça de Catalunya, and all the most famous touristic attractions. This 90 m2 apartment is ideal for young and active couples or families, or people coming for work, due to its excellent location and design/style. The apartment is completely equipped and modern, with all the facilities and amenities to offer you a wonderful stay.BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 6 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed)

This area of the city is one of the best for sightseeing, eating and shooping. It is a lively, young and vibrant neighborhood that will never leave you out of things to do. Its central location makes it perfect for people who like to walk. Many of the city attractions are less than a 30min walk from the apartment.

Beautiful apartment with great location and amenities

We absolutely loved the location. Fair warning, there are 2 bars/pubs directly underneath and most nights we heard the very loud patrons until 3 am.

Central walkable location

Great place to stay for convenient access to the city. comfortable beds, and overall nice stay. As others have mentioned the bars below are loud at times and are open Friday night until 3:30am.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay. The location was unbeatable. Spacious apartment and easy check in process. Pillows were a little uncomfortable but that is a personal preference. Would stay again and recommend to others!

Very nice location

Big tourist area so it can be very loud at night. Bars are open until 3:30am. A fun location but if you need sleep their might be better options.

Really enjoyed this apartment. The only issue really is the bars underneath. It is loud at closing time. Even with this I would stay here again.

Great location and nice property. Responsive and attentive check in. Property was clean and well kept. Noise to some may be loud but for those used to living in the city, it'll be the normal soundtrack of the night.

Great location, great host

We really enjoyed our stay. If you want to stay in the middle of the Gotha quarter it doesn’t get better than this. Unsurprisingly it was incredibly loud at night, we were there for a holiday weekend in the part of town. One bedroom is in the back so it stays quiet, but the other two get very loud. We are city people so this was not a problem for us But worth warning others. Overall I would definitely stay here again next time we are in Barcelona.

Everything about the the apartment was brilliant but it is worth mentioning that it is a busy neighbourhood and can be very nosiy outside - worth noting if you have young children

Terrific location. Clean and spacious. Definitely noisy at night as there is a bar directly below. I brought earplugs and could sleep without problems. I’d stay here’s again without hesitation.

I was surprised by how convenient this location is. I was able to walk to the Ramblas and to Barceloneta and the sea side, which was so nice. Inside the apartment you will find all you need for a comfortable stay. I appreciated having 2 bathrooms. The H2O agent was super nice. She was always available to reply fast to my messages and she made my stay very special. Thank you H2O!

AMAZING LOCATION !

This was an AMAZING place to stay in Barcelona's Gotica quarter. Fabulous location and a very nice, 2 floor walk up in gorgeous courtyard-like area, situated right above a small café. Not the most modern furniture but who cares. Clean, great location, spacious, wonderful. It's a bit on the LOUD side, late at night and into the early morning hours but hey- it's Barcelona and the apartment is in one of the coolest areas in the city. STAY HERE!

The place is at a walking distance from anything you need: great food, city center, Las Rambla. Also, there's this great wine bar around the corner. Location: 10 stars. Cleanliness: 10 stars. I do have to mention that it's better to wait until the renovations on the exterior end. There was some sound. In all fairness, H2O did give us a heads up before booking. Overall i do recommend the apartment for couples and families alike.

We went to visit my son studying abroad in Barcelona and the apartment was in an excellent location near my son in the Gothic section. So many places to eat, convenient to walk to las Ramblas, the beach, and the metro station. Apartment was perfect for us and we were provided with everything we needed. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the apartment. Only negative was that it was a bit noisy at night due to a bar in close proximity and because of garbage removal/street washing. not uncommon for the area as Barcelona is a very bustling city.

Nice place in a good spot but SOOOOO noisy

The property management team was awesome. Check in process very simple. Everyone was very helpful. Good size apartment. As advertised. Bedding was a bit uncomfortable. It is above two bars in a small alley so the noise bounces right in to the primary bedroom. Sounds like the whole bar is in your bedroom until after 3 am every single night. If you want to go to sleep before 3 am, this place is not for you, or bring ear plugs.

Great location and beautiful loft

Our stay was wonderful thanks to the location and accommodations. Everything was a short walk away and the gothic quarter is such an interesting area. Overall the accommodations were clean and well stocked with the amenities needed for our stay. We were with our 7-month old baby and they provided us with a crib and high which was so appreciated. The only thing to be aware of is the fact that there are two popular bars below the accommodations which results in a loud smoking section below, making sleep a challenge some nights. This is obviously out of the control of the property owners, it’s just something to be aware of. All said we would certainly return!

Nice apartment; good location

Clean apartment centrally located in the Gothic Quarter. A bit noisy at night due to the presence of bars underneath, as other reviews have noted…and there was no special game or whatever, just nightly frivolity. It was fine, drowned out by the air conditioning. My one concern is that it seemed not possible to contact the management company for questions once check-in was completed. My texts and emails were never returned.

The location was close to everything, the check in was easy and the host that met us was great but this is a VERY loud location, unbelievably loud. The two front bedrooms require ear plugs and even then we had very little sleep. Apartment was not well appointed, dishes, furniture etc. felt like an after thought and accumulation of unwanted things. There were no side tables or coffee tables in the main room, no place to set things in the bathrooms. The apartment didn't look very clean and everything tired looking. Not a great experience.

Great location, moderately comfortable

Location is great and price is reasonable. Some very simple things could make it MUCH more comfortable. It is clear this isn't somewhere that people live or even stay in for a long period of time. The beds were decently comfortable, but could use additional pillows. There's nowhere to put things in the bedrooms (in the ensuite bedroom, the wardrobe was broken) - cramped for luggage and difficult to unpack because there's no where to put anything. There is no where to put a drink when sitting in the living room. Initially only provided a single towel per person, no washcloth nor hand towel, but provided more on request. Provided a drip coffee maker but the carafe was missing. Great AC. Be aware of noise at night (it's right over a nightclub - we used a noise machine and it didn't bother us). Overall decent return for the money, but I wouldn't characterize it as luxurious.

Charming and an amazing location

This is a charming property. The location was amazing. We walked to everything. Nice light in the living room. You have already seen from other reviews that there is a bar downstairs so we purchased eat buds from Amazon ahead of time and they worked great. It's an old building so you have some of the old building quirks. For example, don’t have all the individual ac units on at the same time or you will trip the fuse. Don’t dry a load of laundry and wash one at the same time or you will trip a fuse. They have an actual dryer here so that was nice. My only complaint and it’s easily fixed is that they need to better equip with basic supplies: more than a sliver of soap in the bathrooms. Hand soap in the bathrooms and kitchen, more than one laundry pod. For a weeks stay it would be expected to have enough for your stay. Easily fixed. Also it would be nice if the tv had some actual channels. We stayed during the Olympics. other than 3 or 4 channels, none of which were the major channels we couldn’t really watch tv. It was all streaming like netflix that you would sign into your own account. missed the Olympics and now daily news etc. Other than that we would stay again.
