Granary Barn, North Cornwall
Granary Barn has recently been renovated as a stunning holiday cottage. It is equipped and furnished to a high standard. Set in a small hamlet just 5 minutes from Bodmin Moor, an area of outstanding natural beauty, the barn enjoys magnificent views of the surrounding countryside.
The beaches, coastpath and fishing villages (e.g. Port Isaac) of North Cornwall are just a short car journey away. Nearby, Wadebridge, one of north Cornwall's main market towns and gateway to the Camel Trail, is where you can find many boutique shops, restaurants and pubs.
Accommodation
Ground floor:
◾Hallway with coat/shoe stand and utility area containing washer/dryer, sink and ironing facilities. Front and back doors lead into the hallway.
◾Main bathroom with shower, large hand basin and WC.
◾Master bedroom with king size double bed and ensuite bathroom containing bath with shower over, hand basin and WC.
◾Large twin bedroom where the two single beds can be combined to form a super king size bed (please let us know in advance).
◾Snug room.
First Floor
◾Large lounge and well equipped kitchen/diner area with fantastic views.
- Lounge contains 3 piece suite, Freeview TV, DVD player and wireless WIFI router
- Kitchen contains dining table and chairs, electric oven/hob, american fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.
◾Top bedroom with king size double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, basin and WC
Exterior
◾Front of barn has parking area close to the front door
◾Back of barn contains large lawn with trees and a private patio area with furniture. There is also a secure shed at the back which could be used to store bicycles.
◾Approximately 50 yards from Granary Barn is 5 acres of land which is for the exclusive use of the barn's guests. The land comprises of a field and a wood which has a stream running through it.
Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included but you will need to bring your own beach towels. Regrettably no smoking or pets are allowed.
