The place was very convenient to Leadville and to where I wanted to hike. It was clean and well-maintained and Dan was easy to get in touch with. There was a brief power outage while I was there and Dan kept in touch and let me know what was going on.

Thank you Joey for the high ratings, sorry for the power situation...Come back any time.
We had a great stay and really enjoyed the house. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the town and the trails. I loved that it felt like I was staying in a home, not an impersonal rental. Comfy beds, great water pressure in the shower, and easy communication with the host. Thanks Dan!

Thank you, Jason. Great comments. I appreciate it. Feel free to come back anytime. Thank you.
Communication was excellent and the place exceeded our expectations. Everything we could have needed was available, beds were comfortable, and location was convenient to town and Ski Cooper. Nice quiet neighborhood with lots of trees to make it feel more secluded.
Nice quiet spot central to various Leadville activities.

Thanks for the response most other travelers are happy with the property and like you the location as well and for most the accompaniment and being well stocked also rate well . My question would be why the four star and not five?
Cabin as advertised. Well-maintained. Clean. Instructions were detailed. Everything you would need is inside the cabin. Convenient to local mountain town, shops, restaurants. Owner was very responsive to questions. Comfortably fits 6 (2-couples and 2-singles). Great location, just 30 mins from I70 (In good road conditions). Highly recommend.
This was a great location near the mountain hikes we wanted to do on our trip. Lots of space for our family of 6 to spread out. Plenty of towels/linens and cooking equipment. Quiet neighborhood. Check-in and check-out very easy.
