Overall this was a lovely stay. The home had everything as advertised, was clean, and had comfortable bedding and furniture. Half of the yard was overgrown and we had a small issue with the hot tub, but the response from the host about my concern was immediate and fixed quickly and completely.

This place was exactly what we were looking for - the house had everything we needed and plenty of space. It also ample parking for our trailer and RAZR. The Hot Tub was definitely a nice way to unwind after a day on the trails. Would definitely stay here again.

This home was the base camp for my first attempt at a 100-miler. It was ample space for me to relax pre-event, for my crew to spread out and wind down before go time, and a great place to return to after spending so much time outside. The location was optimal for access to downtown Leadville and shuttling back and forth between crew stations during the race and the start and finish line. 10/10 would recommend for any adventure!

Tracy has been incredible. From sending pictures to very clear instructions and guidebook that made it so easy to know what to expect. The place was very clean and everything we need for our annual hiking trip. Thank you. We will be back

XC Team Training Event

We had a great time and the property was a perfect jump off point for the cross country teams’ runs and other activities around Leadville! The hot tub was a hit for post run relaxation!

My family and I had a great stay at the Josephine house. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. Hot tub was a nice plus! Great location and great place to stay!
