About this property

Magnificent and Bright 2 BR Apt. with Terrace

Our apartment is located inside the historical center of the beautiful and Medieval town of Montepulciano. It is a short walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops fruit/vegetable store, bakery, Wine Cellars, supermarket, and other beautiful sites. It is also a 5 minute walk from the IL SASSO LANGUAGE SCHOOL. It is on the third floor of the building. Our apartment has been renovated and furnished with new furniture. It has 2 bedrooms, with two bathrooms, a large Kitchen/Dining and Living Room Area. Both bathrooms have been renovated. I supply soft linens, plush large towels, and toiletries. The large spacious Terrace has a comfortable seating area and a dining table with chairs. Guests will enjoy the beautiful views of the Tuscan Countryside and the Medieval Town. The terrace is completely private and only for the use of guests staying in our apartment. There is also a laundry room with a Washing Machine, detergent, ironing board and iron.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
