Welcome to our spacious and modern penthouse condo, nestled along the picturesque inner harbour of Victoria, BC. Our 1-bedroom, 1-bath luxury rental offers a prime downtown location, with easy access to restaurants, historic landmarks, and event venues.

Unfortunately, due to recent legislation in British Columbia we can only offer rentals of 90 days or longer. If you are interested in booking a stay for 60 days or more, please get in touch as we may be able to arrange a discounted 90 day booking.

Recently renovated, our penthouse boasts stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and stylish furnishings. Secure underground parking and bike storage ensure convenience. Enjoy high-speed internet, Telus Optik cable, and Netflix on the flat-screen TV.

Relax on two decks - a smaller west-facing one off the condo, and a large, private south-facing rooftop patio with stunning harbour views. An adjacent communal area with a gas barbecue is perfect for socializing.

Explore the city with ease - take a harbour taxi, rent a kayak, or savour local beer at Craft Beer Market, all just steps away. The Galloping Goose trail is across the nearby bridge, ideal for biking and walking.

Great building and Unit

We usually stay in Downtown but this was a refreshing change. We felt a little more like locals and enjoyed the opportunity to explore new areas. While the mattress could have been better, this is a wonderful, well appointed apartment with beautiful views and easy access to restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay again!

This apartment is an ideal place to stay to explore Victoria. Amazing location, place was clean and exactly as pictured. Host was responsive and easy to work with. This condo is so great! It has great views and everything you could want for a wonderful getaway. Restaurants, amazing shopping, harbor taxis and walking paths to downtown are literally just steps out the front door. The view from the unit is alive w/activity by day and the lights on the bridge very attractive at night. The unit contained everything to 2 of us needed. The walk across the bridge and along the inner harbor is a joy and access to the greater downtown area by foot easy.
