About this property

One bedroom, hilltop suite - beautiful and private!

This bright and airy guest suite gives the feeling of being in the tree-tops!

Located 20 minutes from downtown Victoria, and close to all amenities.
- Sleeps four comfortably
- Private entrance and in-suite laundry
- Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis

The kitchen is stocked with basic dishes, utensils, pots and pans, toaster, microwave, and full-sized fridge.

The spacious master-bedroom features a king sized bed with a view of the neighbouring hillside, and a walk-in closet.

The living area has a pull-out couch that converts into a queen-sized bed. A memory foam mattress topper (located in the walk-in closet) will ensure a comfortable sleep for guests. A duvet, queen-sized sheets, and extra pillows are stored in the pull-out couch storage area.

There is a TV, but this property does not have cable. An HDMI cable is provided for use with a laptop or other HDMI compatible device.

In-suite washer/dryer is available for guest use. Soap is located in the linen closet in the bathroom.

A large, private, fully covered patio is one of the best features of this property! Sit and relax on the patio furniture and enjoy the spectacular sunsets sinking into the Sooke hills. Lookout Lake and walking trails are located minutes from the property.

The host, Kristian, is a very nice guy. The suite was nice with a large furnished covered deck and a good view. The bed was a comfy king. We used the charcoal BBQ a few times, that was a nice bonus. We used the insuite washer/dryer many times. Easy to find the location with good parking available. I recommend this vacation rental.

Check in was great! The suite was very nice and clean. Our hosts were prompt and timely in communicating and it was nice to meet them! We enjoyed our stay, it was so quiet and peaceful after a day of sightseeing in beautiful Victoria! The deck and the views were very nice, too bad the weather didn’t cooperate for us to be able to enjoy it! Our only suggestion is to be more open with the fact that there’s 4 steps to go up from the bedroom to the bathroom! For anyone with mobility issues this could be a challenge!

Great place, great price and great stay! Excellent communication from the host and the suite was clean and cozy. Large bedroom and sleeper couch with bedding made for a roomy second bed. We also liked the covered deck and having access to a washer/dryer. Minutes away from Lookout Lake Park - misty and rainy during our visit but would be a great little beach in the summer. Would totally stay here again!

If you love a quiet, rural, tranquil setting this is the place. It is well equipped with plenty of room. The deck is a nice size with comfortable seating and a great view. It has easy access to Langford, Colwood and Metchosin. The multi-levels could be an issue for some. Would definitely stay here again.
