About this property

Whispering Trees a quiet home in a forested area of Langford.

Very quiet suite in a band new home. (Built in 2024). Has its own yard, laundry and full kitchen. Located in a forested area close to beaches and walking trails. Includes high speed internet and full cable. Only 20 min from downtown Victoria. Recently added electric couch with charging ports. Please note that there is a one time $20 pet fee if you are bringing pets. Please ensure pets are added to your booking. Please note outside stairs are required to get to the suite. We also have a small dog but he has his own yard.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

My husband is born and raised in Victoria. We both are very easy going and love nature and our little dog.

Why they chose this property

The house is in a new neighborhood that is semi-rural with mountain views and great walking trails close by. A lovely dog park is only a few minutes walk away. Our place in tucked away from the main road in an extremely safe and quiet cul-de-sac. We have horses just around the corner yet we an only a few minutes drive from grocery stores, shopping and two beaches.

What makes this property unique

We are in a very new and rural like setting steps from the natural beauty of Victoria. The suite has its own yard and is very private. It also features off street parking, full cable and high speed internet.
