Beautiful property, in the village of Eygalières (Provence), to be rented entirely, completely renovated (2009), not overlooked, large terraces, very peaceful, typical 'Provence' environment. At the foot of the hills (Alpilles). The historic center of the village is just at 10 minutes walk away. In an environment typically of Provence (fenced and with access portal).
Ground of 4000m ² as well as swimming pool fenced (6 x 10m). Relaxation guaranteed with the sound of cicadas.
There are two large terraces, one with a pergola, a large dining table and another shaded area with a relaxation corner, a gas barbecue (Weber), a view of the nature, Fully renovated in 2009, children playground (slide, swing, trampoline).
The house is fully air-conditioned.

We have fallen in love with this quiet and beautiful village of the Provence. We appreciate its quality of life, its location in the Alpilles hills and its proximity of cities such as Saint Remy de Provence, Avignon and Arles. We like the sweetness of the Mediterranean climate as well as its culture or its cuisine.
