House was very clean and huge! Plenty ofRoom for everyone. Also moose and raccoons in the yard which was neat!Cons- kitchen faucet falling off and the ping pong table was collapsed. The “game room” is really just a small garage. Pool table was very dirty. Jets in the Whirlpool tub did not work. All in all it was a really good stay. Great for a big group with plenty of space to spread out.
PROS: great location, large enough for our family, easy walk to town, host was quick to respond when we had a problemCONS: needs some TLC, bed mattresses really should be replaced, some minor things need fixing like in some showers and one kitchen the hot and cold is reversed, and some screen doors are broken and can’t be opened, the carpets and bath rugs are in poor condition. OVERALL: it was a great stay for our family
This house was an excellent house for my family, there was 20 of us with kids and grandkids. There were plenty of rooms to sleep in. Lots of beds. The pool table, the jacuzzi and the ping pong table made it fun. There was plenty of seating for everyone to sit down at dinner as well as a huge deck with a barbecue for outside grilling. It's just a little outside of town which made it fun to walk down to the creek nearby and yet not be around a lot of people. This is our second time at this location and as always it's been a great experience
Lots of TLC needed. Spacious, clean bathrooms and bedrooms....really needs upkeep and upgrading.....old worn out carpet.....all wood inside and out needs upkeep badly....tv's did not all work..."draperies" were pitiful. Screens needed since it was too warm inside at night and we had to leave doors and windows open. Long delays in correspondence with owner and all questions not answered. Missing items referenced in description of amenities. HOWEVER, the house had wonderful character and many great pluses: well equipped,
Had a great stay in Breckenridge. Home is a little on the older side, but it is in decent shape. Lots of rooms and beds and bathrooms which is what we were looking for when booking for our group. Hot tub, sauna, ping pong were all great. Would book here again. Great location to downtown as well.
The place was large enough to accommodate our big family and close to activities. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. It served as a home for all of us to creat lasting memories together.
We had the BEST stay at this spectacular Breckenridge home last weekend! The house fit our needs perfectly. We were so thankful for the layout and space — having two kitchens with two refrigerators and two ovens made it incredibly easy for our group to cook, store food, and stay organized. There was truly something for everyone: we loved the ping-pong table, pool table, sauna, and hot tub, and the large dining table was the perfect gathering spot for meals and spending time together. We also loved the set-up for watching the Broncos game — such a great space for everyone to sit together and enjoy.Parking was ample and convenient, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable trip. We are so grateful to have found this place and will absolutely treasure the memories made here. We would love to stay again!
We were a group of ladies staying for Octoberfest and a hockey tournament. The house was perfect for us in location and size. We will be booking again!
This place was perfect for our group over a long weekend! Spacious house in a nice quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Breck. Only complaint is that some of the beds are not comfortable, something to keep in mind if you are planning a longer stay.
We had our family reunion at Tomahawk Lodge over Labor Day weekend. The town of Breckenridge was, of course, very busy, but Tomahawk Lodge was in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood so it was easy to unwind. We had around 20 guests and everyone was able to stretch out and sleep comfortably, and the amply supplied kitchens made cooking a breeze. We really enjoyed the entire experience staying here.
