This is a 'Santa Anna' non-end unit, with TVs in livingroom and all bedrooms, washer & dryer, all linens provided.
One King bed and two Queen bed bedrooms.
One month minimum rental.
This resort-style gated community includes a state of the art gym, movie theatre, Spa, Pub, Tiki Bar, Bistro, ice-cream shop, internet library, tennis club, all located at the Village Center surrounding the resort-style pool & lap-pool. Also, Pickleball and Volleyball park.
Just minutes from the airport (15 minutes), Bunche Beach, Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Causeway (25 minutes), and MiroMar Outlets and Coconut Point shopping (16 minutes)!
