The townhouse is located 5 miles from downtown Moab and it takes about 7 minutes to drive to downtown. The area is much quieter than the hustle and bustle of Moab and you will enjoy sitting on the patio looking at the great views of the LaSal Mountains and the Moab Rim.
The living, dining, and kitchen are on the main level along with the laundry room and 2 car garage. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with bedding for your comfort. The king bedroom has a master bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The balcony off the master also offers great views! (patio furniture is not permissible on the upstairs balcony due to HOA guidelines) The remaining 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed and the main bathroom in nearby. The kitchen is equipped for everyday meals and there is a 1/2 bath on the way out to the garage. The 36' long driveway will come in handy if you have a truck & trailer or multiple cars and the garage will be great for storing bicycles and other toys.
The outside patio includes a gas grill to cook your favorite meals! The gas is controlled by a switch on the wall so you don’t have to worry about running out!
All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab.
Pool & Hot Tub Schedule: In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

We rented the unit for thanksgiving and it was clean and comfortable. Nice big garage for vehicles. Plenty of towels and linens and the front patio was nice to sit on with great views.
Pur family enjoyed this as our home while we spent a few days exploring the area.
The home had everything we needed and the kids enjoyed the pool/hottub.

This place is well worth the stay! The outside patio with the view made it all the more worth it! Amazing sunsets and view of the mountains was stunning! Great location!

Property was as described. Garage was extra tall and fit our side by side trailer in it which was perfect and then the driveway was long enough to also fit our truck. Unfortunately the units next to it do not have the same length of driveway and parked their vehicles so we couldn’t make it out with our trailer. Luckily when it was time for us to leave they were not parked there or it would have been interesting. Space was good for my husband, myself, 20 year old and 16year old. The only complaint is that there were only 2 washcloths to be found for 3 days for 4 people. As far as I’m concerned there can never be too many washcloths. Other than that, good location, away from the craziness of town with decent views. If you don’t like road noise this is probably not the unit for you, but we use a white noise machine and had no issues with it.
Quiet location. Did not use pool but rated it well since N/A was not a survey option. Garage was a great part of the offering. Kitchen was well appointed. Pillows and overall carpet might be considered for a condition review. Great views. Good water from the fridge to take for hiking.
Very clean and welcoming. Garage is nice to park the toys in overnight. Great location and will try to book again.

We really enjoyed that townhouse. Spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Washer and dryer in the unit with laundry detergent available was great. Kitchen had everything to prepare meals. Pools just short walk away.
We had a grreat time in Moab and used this property as our base camp! Comfortable space and great deck for early morning coffee! Kitchen and dining space was perfect. Townhouse is close to the town and many outdoor adventures! Would stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay in this three bedroom condo. Kitchen well stocked with what you need to cook a meal. Made a good base for our vacation to National Parks and other hiking trails and scenic drives.
We stayed here for a week, and for a family of 3, this place was absolutely wonderful (a bit larger than we needed). The home was nicely furnished, with a nice master and 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, lots of linens and towels and things. Nicely located to visit the Moab area, Arches and Canyonlands national parks. They even have an attached garage which made it feel entirely like home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
This place exceeded my expectations - very clean and better than pictured. They provided soap, shampoo, conditioner etc even impressed with the Q tips and cotton balls!
I would HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay in Moab. I always go down rabbit holes in my searches on VRBO for a clean decent place and this place is perfect!

I have been renting condo's in Moab for several years from Makenna's Gold, always a great experience and all the condo's I have rented have been beautiful and well stocked with everything I need!
Moab is one of our favorite places to go wheeling and we try to stay in the Moab Rim condos whenever we go. This unit is convenient and at the front of the property. Great parking for large trailers and trucks too. Clean and has all the amenities of home to make it easy to be at home there. It would be nice to have a few more towels and also a little perk to include soap for the showers. A bit tough to bring in the pump from the sink to the shower each time. Overall it was great. The check in process was simple and all was great. Thanks for another great stay in Moab.

Thank you for your feedback, Susan! We really appreciate you sharing all of the little details. Regarding the soap for the shower, we will look into bringing soap and other items back. We eliminated these items due to several products being wasted and for safety purposes regarding allergies and tampering. There are several great travel size options at the grocery store or general stores that are very reasonably priced. Thank you again for sharing your experience. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The set up is great with the three bedrooms upstairs -- separated from the downstairs gathering space. The listing was pretty accurate in terms of what supplies are available and what is needed.
The pool was great to spend time around at the end of the day. There are actually 2 pools which is good because it was a bit crowded at times.
As others have mentioned, the unit is closest to the road and we could hear (at least the front/master bedroom) traffic during the night/early morning.
Our only wish was that it was a little closer to town; it's about 5-6 miles. Not far, but not walking distance. We needed to drive to town if we forgot anything. Again, the location was clear in the listing; just something to consider if you enjoy easy access to town/shops/restaurants. Uber/Lyft didn't seem to exist in Moab.

The location is a little south of town which provides 360 views or the mountains and red cliffs, unlike a lot of areas closer to or in town. Uber/Lyft are sometimes running but it is based more on how busy Moab is at that time. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay and we hope to have you back again in the future!
Overall a decent place to stay if visiting Arches. We had an issue with urine smelling linens on the king bed and a couple minor things the night that we checked in. The house was mostly clean and reviews all seem positive so I think this was just a random oversized by the cleaners. I recommend they keep an extra pair of king sheets in case this were to happen again. There was no extra set for us but they brought one quickly the next day. There was a lot of road noise in the master bedroom. The two pools were both really small, like a backyard pool. If I were to visit again I would choose a place further away from the road. We made the most of the small pools as it wasn’t overly crowded when our son wanted to swim. Although this looks like a mostly negative review we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it if you can sleep through road noise.

This is certainly not the standard we strive to maintain, and we appreciate your understanding that it was likely an oversight by the cleaners. Once you notified us and we removed all linens from the bed to inspect them, we determined that the mattress cover required replacement. Again, we truly apologize for this oversight.
Regarding the sizes of the pools, the HOA is continuously working to improve the facilities and will take your comments into consideration. The bed pillows were disguting. Not only were they in bad shape, but they were stained (including one with blood). The bathroom smelled of mildew and curtain was stained. The carpet did not look clean (although lines showed it had been vacuumed). We tried cleaning it up and making the best of our stay but unfortunately these items need serious attention. The washer did not always rinse the clothes. The location was good. We really liked having the private garage.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo is close to Moab but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful evening without the traffic and crowds. It was quiet, very clean and equipped well enough to make dinner each night after visiting Arches National Park. The unit was spacious and the complex was very quiet. There was minor road noise from Hwy 191 at night but only because everything else was so quiet. We would definitely stay here again. Communication with management (Nicole) could not have been better. She was very responsive when we needed assistance with the cable connection (user error on our part).

The condo was very nice, clean and stocked with our needs. We have stayed in MOAB 3 times now with Makenna's Gold Rentals and have always had a good experience. This particular condo is close to the road so the master bedroom has road noise. It was not too bad though. If you don't like noise just have ear plugs. The location is perfect, it's just outside of town but close enough to everything. We love MOAB and will be back again.
