About this property

BEDS: King bed in master, queen bed in bedroom 2, bunk beds (Twin & Full) and twin futon in bedroom 3.

Come and enjoy the comfortable accommodations after spending the day doing one or more of the many activities that has made Moab famous. This unit is located near the pool, tennis/basketball courts, and playground. The 3 bedrooms will sleep 8 and there are TV's in each bedroom. The double car garage will accommodate 2 cars or ATV's and the extra long driveway will handle a trailer. Additional parking is nearby for larger rigs.

All bedrooms are located upstairs. The master en suite bedroom has a king bed with a private balcony (patio furniture is not permissible on the upstairs balcony due to HOA guidelines), the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, as well as, a twin futon.

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

People getting in without showering first makes water dirtier/grimy and requires more use of chemicals.
