Renovated & Charming Chico House w/ EV Charger

This classic Chico porch house lies on the historic Humboldt Wagon Road. The interior features a light and airy atmosphere with new amenities throughout. The property backs up to Little Chico Creek with greenbelt on one side and friendly neighbors on the other. Only seven blocks to Bidwell park and downtown!

My father and I completely remodeled this space in the Fall/Winter of 2016. The creek side location, classic porch and convenient location all make this the perfect pad for your trip to Chico!

This is a wonderful place to stay while spending time in Chico- the house was immaculate and the accommodations were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. This place is a gem, we would happily stay here again

This is a very clean, remodeled older home. It's been kept up beautifully, the remodel was thorough, adding in a lot of modern amenities and increasing the livability. We enjoyed our stay with our dogs although the fence in the back yard needs to be replaced (the dogs were still secure though).

A wonderful house for a visit to Chico. Walking distance from Cafe Code and Helen's Donut Nook is a huge perk, and it seemed like a quiet part of town while we were there.

Great family trip!

My entire family had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for young kids. Nothing that they could get into and break and the space was open for them to play comfortably. The location was perfect for our daily bike ride through Bidwell and downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway

My father and I have always loved Chico. Warm summer nights, the magnificent shade trees, the Sycamore pool in Bidwell Park, and the Sierra Nevada Brewery are just a few of the things that add to the friendly small town atmosphere with a college town vibe.

Why they chose this property

This property was in some serious need of TLC when we bought it. It was completely renovated in the Fall & Winter of 2016. We are excited to share it with you!

What makes this property unique

The proximity to downtown, Bidwell Park and surrounding greenbelt make this a cool spot to explore and get around Chico. Enjoy some R&R out on the front porch or in the spacious back yard that backs up to Little Chico Creek.
