House was cute, clean and very functional. Beds were comfy and the hot tub was nice. It was a perfect place to stay to visit our daughter at the college. Would definitely stay again.

The property was spacious and looked exactly like the pictures. Check in was easy and there were no crazy rules or check out instructions. Only thing was this was a pet friendly home (which we loved and took advantage of), but dog hair was all over the floor when we arrived. We would’ve expected it to be fully clean for new guests. Other than that it was great!

The hot tub is in need of a better lid, couldn’t properly open it, also most of the jets don’t work… that was one of the main reasons we rented this house, two out of the four of us use one every morning at home because of chronic back problems, so that was a disappointment. Thank you

Great house, lots of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Very clean and well appointed, could’ve used some foil or Saran Wrap in the kitchen but otherwise it was great! Convenient location and great communication with owner. We’d definitely stay here again.

The hot tub was amazing and perfect after 12 hours of driving. The beds were some of the most comfortable i have ever slept in. The only thing it lacked was tvs.

Very nicely remodeled inside. Comfortable king beds. Fairly close to Chico State. Only down size is proximity to highway, but traffic noise inside was very low. We’d go back!

we came down for the races great location easy to get to the track very comfortable clean the stove was a little tricky but once i figured it out no problem a little concerned about sm glass table i think its missing a couple of screws very wobbly the other table was great would stay her again great host

I'm so sad to report our stay at this house was very disappointing. It's a beautiful home with great beds, bedding & bath towels. Big backyard, but there's a quava tree right off the patio & it was covered in quavas. Very messy. There's windows with no screens. The screens that were there were very dirty. The glass patio door didn't even have a screen. We soon realized the master shower wasn't working & both bathroom sinks were clogged up. Owner said they would contact me, but showed up without notice. Plumbers came, replaced a shower head & maybe tried to fix the sinks. We asked if they were done, they said yes & owner & plumbers left. We just assumed they fixed the problems. They left a water mess in one bathroom. We assumed it was fixed. It wasn't. The 5 of us used the kitchen sink to brush our teeth. We also informed them of the hot tub jets. Only 1/4 of them worked. Hot tub guy came on day 3 to fix it. He came & went. Didn't tell us he didn't fix it. Lots of beautiful bath towels. 1 kitchen towel, 2 wash cloths, lots of makeup wash towels, but no hand towels. They left gross, used sponges in the kitchen. The bathroom vents were so dirty! The washer left residue on our clothes. One top for sure is ruined. I hope the rest wash out. I know it's the end of the season, but you can tell their cleaner doesn't clean the front door or light switches, windows sills etc.. I'm totally blown away by the 10/10 reviews! Those plumbing/cleaning problems didn't happen overnight.

Family Vacation

This property is the perfect size for a family stay. Bedrooms are spacious and all king beds made every room extra comfortable. Location was also great. Close to downtown and 5 minutes away from our daughter's home making visiting her family very convenient.

Great place for multiple families

Great place for multiple families. Stayed here for a graduation ceremony weekend. We stayed as a family of four plus my sister’s family. Plenty of room. Very comfortable stay.

Took a while to get hot tub heated and to get the house cool. Other than those 1st initial incidents we loved our stay. Communication was quick as well as resolutions. We loved how soft and comfortable the beds were along with how the curtains kept out lights. The place had a very nice vibe and was clean.

Great house, close to city

The house was the perfect place for our softball team to stay the night during a tournament. The owners were great - the house wasn’t cleaned when we arrived so they refunded us the night and were very accommodating. We would rent this place again!

Old Hometown Hideaway

The property is great for a vacation type visit. Nice, neat yard with interesting plants and trees. Our dog loved it! Inside very neat and clean, with everything needed for your comfort. We like it so much that this was our second year choosing it as our away home when visiting family. The only minor issue was getting used to the freeway traffic noise if sleeping in the west facing bedrooms.

Nice home; convenient location

Stayed here with my grown children and their families. There was plenty of room for all of us. Looked like a very nice outdoor area but due to weather we were limited to inside ... but didn't feel cramped at all. Coffee wasn't provided, but Bidwell Perk was close by. Would stay here again.

House and bedrooms were large and roomy. Wish coffee was provided as there were two coffee makers.
