I was asked for copies of all the ID's of everyone staying on the property. Only communicated through a property manager, So there was a lot of let me call the owner and waiting. Then at the very last minute they cancelled. Leaving me to find another place to stay at the last minute while 8 hours from home.

There was an issue with the gas line which lead to the cancellation. However a man came to the house and identified himself as the renter but when asked to provide ID a different person was in the picture. We need to follow proper protocol for everyone’s safety.

We found this property to be perfect for our needs. There were businesses close by and good proximity to where we wanted to go. One suggestion would be to change out the non stick pans that are scratched because they are toxic. Loved the different birds that were in the front yard every day.

Very clean and functional. Quiet and private neighborhood. Kitchen appliances very good. lClose to restaurants and beaches. No community pool.We are of an older generation and had difficulty with the 3 TVs. For long term guests, you will not be able to receive mail there. Banks of locked mailboxes. Owner has key in Another state. We used FedEx for prescription med delivery.

The house was recently remodled with new appliances in the kitchen! The decor was done well.Everything we needed was easy to find. The location is in a nice neighborhood and close to stores and attractions. The screened-in patio was perfect for early morning reading. Our host was easy to contact and very courteous. Give it a try;you won't be diappointed!

Close to Park

Really enjoyed being close to Sheffield Park and the bike trails. They also had a kayak launch site into the canal leading to the Bay. Great location for active people.
