Charged me €30 kitchen feeand €50 for very small accidentally damaged to lamp light

The place is nice the only issue is the host. Only one day before we arrived the host asked for €30 for kitchen fee which i was not aware of that but i had to pay otherwise we couldn't get in property. Plus one of lamp lights accidentally broken i had send her photos of broken lamp light then said i have to pay €50 for something it may cost her only 5 to 10 euros. I call VRBO they say call your bank and dont let her charge that. So im going to call my bank and dispute the charges

Hello! I have been receiving guests at Cal Vibo for many years. The vast majority are always very correct with the exception that confirms the rule. First of all, the €30 is not a "Kitchen fee". It is the tourist tax that is announced on the portal and is paid at check-in. Second, he walked away leaving behind a broken wall light, which is worth a lot more than it says for part of the labor. For my part, there is nothing more to say... Only that I will not have it in my house again. If any owner needs references, I am at your disposal.

Schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus!

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung von Olga rundum wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles da ( Küche super ausgestattet)b, was man braucht. Die Wohnung war pico bello sauber und die Vermieterin sehr nett und fürsorglich. Mit Auto waren wir in ca. 20 Minuten in Tarragona am Strand (wunderschöner Sandstrand). Wir können die Ferienwohnung zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank liebe Olga😊

Parfait

L’accueil d’Olga fait plaisir. Elle est extrêmement attentionnée. Le logement est très bien configuré pour les séjours à plusieurs familles. Le village est très mignon et le petit restaurant de la piscine à côté est tenu par les serveurs les plus sympathiques jamais vus ! Parfait !

Perfekte Basis um Katalonien zu entdecken

Schönes, großes, sauberes Haus mit einer guten Raumaufteilung in einem hübschen kleinen Dorf. Wir, zwei Familien, waren mit insgesamt 9 Personen (4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder) dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die große Dachterrasse ist toll für gemeinsame Essen und Grillabende. An der Tischtennisplatte fanden diverse Turniere und legendäre Duelle statt ;) Von Vilabella aus kann man mit dem Auto gut Katalonien entdecken. Traumhafte Sandstrände sind ca. 20 Minuten entfernt. Noch schneller ist man in Tarragona. In die andere Richtung findet man Berge zum wandern. Barcelona ist für einen Tagesausflug auch mit dem Regionalzug erreichbar, zum Beispiel von Altafulla aus.

Muy bien!

Es la casa ideal para pasar unos dias tranquilos, la casa es muy bonita, muy limpia y esta muy bien equipada, tiene de todo. Viajamos con niños pequeños y bebes y la verdad es que muy bien! Esta al lado de la piscina municipal lo cual es perfecto para ir con los crios. El pueblo muy tranquilo, la verdad es que han sido unos dias muy agradables. Olga muy atenta y nos ha cuidado muy bien!

La casa està molt ben cuidada i té tot el necessari, la gent del poble és molt amable. Bona ubicació per visitar llocs d'interès. Ideal per a grups no molt grans.

aufenthalt in Villabella

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Jugendliche, vom Platz war alles großzügig, vor allem die 3 Bäder. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die großzügigen Terrassen laden zum verweilen ein. Für wahre Weinkenner ist das Haus und die Gegend ein wahres Fundstück. Wir waren 3 Übernachtungen da , bis Port Aventura sind es ca 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Also nutzten wir es natürlich aus. Die Olga ist ein toller Gastgeber, sie rief jeden Tag an und fragte uns ob wir was brauchen und wie zufrieden wir sind. Selbst die Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt. Vielen lieben Dank dafür. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Casa perfecta para una escapada.

Pasamos el puente del 1º de Mayo en una casa acogedora con una excelente atención y un entorno perfecto para desconectar y buscar unos días de relax.Limpieza y equipamiento impecables y un trato de fábula por parte de Olga, la propietaria,facilitándonos todo tipo de información y facilidades.Guardaremos un muy buen recuerdo.

Escapada con amigos

La casa muy confortable y bien equipada. Muy espaciosa y bien cuidada. El trato con la propietaria Olga y su madre exquisito. Nos proporcionaron informacion para efectuar visitas y hasta nos organizaron una a un Celler de la zona. Hemos quedado muy contentos. Es recomendable. Ah y si vais con niños, hay espacios para ellos.

Fin de semana de equipo

Somos 11 amigas que jugamos juntas a padel y alquilamos la casa rural para celebrar que subíamos de categoria en la liga. La casa está nueva y tiene detalles muy curiosos. Estuvimos muy cómodas. Olga se portó súper bien con nosotras! nos añadió una casa supletoria para poder estar las 11 juntas y a parte nos invitó a todo el equipo a jugar a padel en la pista del pueblo que está muy cerca de la casa tanto el sábado como el domingo! Fue fantástico!! Volveremos sin dudarlo

Viajamos toda la familia, tres matrimonoos con 4 niños entre 6 años i siete meses. Ibamos para celebrar el cumpleaños del abuelo que cumplia 70 años. Encontramos la casa preparada para poder acomodarnos todos, puesto que la propietaria se preocupó con antelación de preguntarnos la edad de los niños y nos facilitó dos cunas para los más pequeños de 2 años i otra de siete meses. Una trona para que pudieran comer comodamente i una bañerita pequeña para poder bañar a la más pequeña. La casa está reformada con mucho gusto i muy bien equipada, con todas las comodidades, televisión, nevera grande, lavavajillas, horno y microondas. La limpieza impecable y la propietaria de una amabilidad exquisita.

Bonita casa y tranquilo entorno

Es una casa muy bonita y nos atendió Olga que estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Las camas excelentes para dormir y las dos terrazas estupendas para disfrutar de buena compañía, en la parte de arriba la terraza tiene una barbacoa y una espacio grande con mesas y sillas y un toldo que te permite estar sin el agobio del sol directo. La casa nos indica su dueña que esta reformada del 2015, con mucho gusto y con infinidad de detalles bonitos y con mucho encanto. Un placer disfrutar de esta zona tan tranquila. Muy recomendable.

Días estupendos en una casa de nivel.

Estuvimos 5 dìas en la casa, fuimos 2 matrimonios y 5 niños. Disfrutamos mucho de la casa que estaba como "a estrenar", limpia y decorada con mucho gusto. Tienen todos los servicios, lavadora, lavavajillas, aire inverter, microondas, varias terrazas y barbacoa en la que cayeron varios chuletones y butifarras. El trato con los dueños...exquisito. En resumen...fenomenal y con la seguridad de que volveremos.

Casa muy bien acondicionada, con todas las comodidades que puedes necesitar y limpia. Trato muy agradable con la dueña . Estancia perfecta tanto para ir con la familia como para una escapada con amigos. El entorno propicia hacer excursiones por los alrededores. Os animamos a que probéis esta experiencia.

Perfecta!!!

Estuvimos el fin de semana pasado con un grupo pequeño de amigos y fue fantástico. Está todo nuevo e impecable. Los dueños son un encanto. La verdad es que nos sorprendió gratamente. Muy recomendable si buscáis un poco de tranquilidad y si podéis hacer "Calçotada" en el Restaurante las Aradas, no os arrepentiréis.
