In one word: outstanding. A wonderful villa, a wonderful view and all the amenities you need in direct reach. We felt really invited and at home in the lovely familyhouse and they did everything possible to make our stay memorable. Hope for one thing: to come back again

I was fortunate enough to meet and host a wonderful family who treated the house as if it were their own. They were friendly and very welcoming, and I hope to host and meet them again.

Amazing !!

We were warmly welcomed by Enrico who spent time getting us settled in. He had also surprised us with having the pool ready which we so appreciated as we did not expect it!! Thank you again! The villla and property are stunning !!! The views amazing !! The swimming cove was breathtaking I cannot think of a better way to experience the Italian al fresco lifestyle !!! ! Thank you again!!

The best of Italy

The property is magnificent. It is older but in a very nice way. What needs to be modern is modern. What should be classic is classic. spacious with tons of outdoor pace. The swimming pool is addictive. The location is first class. You can walk to everything the area has to offer and there is a bus to supplement that. Roberto the owner is a professional, and obviously cherishes his family property. We are blessed that he chooses to share it.

Serene home nestled just outside of city center

Roberto’s home was just as described and more. The terrace overlooking the sea is simply bliss. The pool is a great size and easily accessible. There is a nice poolside bar and plenty of lounge chairs. A 5-10 min walk down a steep hillside brings you to the beach which is rough but extremely beautiful. We brought snorkeling equipment and floats for the children which really made the experience. The beach is rocky so plan to bring cushions or small beach chairs if you want to spend extended time. Around the corner from the house is the staircase which leads you directly into the city center. We didn’t have to get in our car at all during our 5 day stay. Roberto was not only super communicative but he also went over the top to set up dinner reservations as well as boating accommodations for us. Really a wonderful home and we would be lucky to stay again.

Erholung pur mit der ganzen Familie

Robertos Haus ist wie beschrieben - einfach wunderschön und ein Ort der Ruhe und Erholung. Ein traumhafter Blick auf das Meer, abends das Rauschen der Wellen, die Lage ist perfekt, man erreicht zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten den Hauptplatz von Lerici mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants. Zum Meer führt der Weg durch den Garten hinab zur Bucht von La Caletta. Am Strand und in der Bucht ist es zum Verweilen nicht optimal, für einen Ausflug mit Sup, Kanu oder zum Schnorcheln umso besser und im Anschluss wieder zurück zu den gemütlichen Liegen am Pool. Es war sehr heiß, dank der Klimaanlagen war das Haus stets optimal temperiert, auch in der Nacht. Laufen die Klimaanlagen in der Nacht, ist es durch deren Temperaturanzeige sehr hell im Zimmer. Ist man hierfür sensibel, sollte man eine Schlafbrille mitbringen. Das Haus selbst hat neben den Klimaanlagen alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Küche ist perfekt und sehr reichlich ausgestattet. Das Mobiliar unterstreicht den Charme des geschichtsträchtigen Hauses. Roberto hatte wunderbare Restaurant-Tipps für uns und war auch ansonsten stets sehr zuvorkommend. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Bellissimissima

Wir haben wundervolle Tage in in Robertos Haus verbracht. Die Umgebung und das Meer: tja, was soll man sagen, wenn der liebe Gott seine Finger mit im Spiel hatte... Das Haus ist ein liebevoll gepflegtes Juwel und Roberto selbst ist ein ganz feiner Mensch. Vielen Dank und bis hoffentlich bald!

Sejour Lerici aout 2023

La maison de Roberto est absolument sublime. Mention spéciale pour le jardin fleuri et parfaitement entretenu et la terrasse, sans compter l’accès direct à la calanque en contrebas… Elle est d’ailleurs tellement agréable qu’il nous a été difficile de la quitter au cours de notre séjour. Les photos publiées bien que très jolies sont loin de lui rendre justice, notamment celles de la piscine. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner. Enfin, un grand merci à l’accueil chaleureux de Roberto et sa famille.

Beautiful villa

We had a lovely time in Roberto's gorgeous villa. He is a charming, generous and attentive host. The aspect is amazing, the pool fantastic, and Lerici itself is delightful. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property with stunning view

We rented this beautiful house for a fortnight. It is really a lovely property, with a great view, five minutes from Lerici port side, and close to the Cinque Terre, with everything you could wish for, including a fabulous infinity swimming pool and access to the sea via a private gate. The house is well furnished with all amenities and is extremely comfortable - we particularly enjoyed the lovely terrace where we could eat all our meals. The hosts were charming and helpful and I would wholly recommend a stay here!

Amazing

The property is stunning with gorgeous views and a great location. We were a family of 7 (5 adults and 2 children ages 10 and 12), and it was absolutely perfect for our needs and exceeded our expectations. Roberto was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and to help us navigate the area. We hope to return sooner rather than later.
