Das Haus ist wunderbar und der große Pool wirklich toll. (20m x 6m)Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein Bad.Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet.Lediglich die Lage, 15 Minuten von Aulla, aber eben nur Berg hoch und zusätzlich ist die hauseigene Einfahrt sehr steil. Das macht den Weg zum Strand oder in die Stadt etwas nervig, aber das ist wirklich das einzig kleine negative Pünktchen. Zum Strand nach lerici sind es dann doch 30-35 Minuten, da sich die Fahrt über den Berg so sehr zieht.Ansonsten war alles wirklich perfekt!Wer seine Ruhe möchte, unter sich sein will, macht hier alles richtig.

Die Besucher waren sehr nette und angenehme Leuten .Das Haus bietet ein ebenes Grundstück in der Natur mit absoluter Privatsphäre. Und alles nach Süden ausgerichtichtet.

The Italian dream

Mooi huis met ruime en aangename leefruimtes. Uiterst proper, verzorgd en met alle denkbare toestellen, keukengerei en servies. Het huis en de grote tuin met zwembad liggen op 1 niveau en volledig zuid gericht met adembenemend uitzicht en omringd door olijfbomen. De eigenaars zijn super aangename mensen die altijd klaar staan met tips om de streek en zijn fantastische eigenschappen te leren kennen. Kortom, een echte aanrader!

Zalig comfortabel vakantiehuis met zwembad

Wij hebben genoten van een heerlijke zon vakantie aan het zwembad met een paar uitstappen naar oa Cinque Terre, Firenze en Lucca. Het is een zeer ruim en comfortabel huis met een grote tuin (zuidgericht). Zowel het huis als de tuin zijn perfect onderhouden. De tuin is op één niveau met het huis en biedt een mooi uitzicht over vallei en heuvels en tot aan de zee. Door de hogere ligging is er totale privacy en zeer aangenaam klimaat. In de tuin is ook een afgesloten gedeelte met een heel groot zwembad. De ligging is ideaal om zowel heerlijk rustig te relaxen alsook de Ligurische kust en de historische Toscaanse steden te bezoeken, een echte aanrader!!
