A wonderful week in San Sebastian!

Our VRBO was perfect. A great location, very clean, A/C that worked very well, elevator, washer, etc. It made our visit so easy and delightful. Very close to the city market, bars and restaurants, and just minutes to the beach. We highly recommend this property!

Thank you, Rentals Collection for a wonderful stay in your lovely apartment. The location was perfect…close to everything, safe, and in between 4 coffee shops and a tapas bar. The city parking garages were close also for us to leave our car. The apartment was clean and bright and was exactly as was shown in the photos on the website. We would definitely recommend this apartment and Rentals Collection!

Absolutely Perfect Location!

Verona is a beautiful, well appointed apartment in the best possible location. We found everything we needed (with the exception of a large frying pan, which was ruined and not suitable for cooking on) and it was in a quiet building with an elevator and air conditioning in the main room. It would have been nice to have fans in the bedroom as there wasn’t air conditioning in the bedrooms. We were told to keep the doors to the bedrooms open at night )as fans weren’t available) to let the air conditioning in, but that isn’t always practical.

We really appreciated how communicative and helpful Julia was even prior to the trip, to have called me personally when there was an error in payment! Also, when we had questions about parking, you were also really willing to offer suggestions. We loved hanging out in the apartment, it was very comfortable and felt like home - we cooked breakfast daily and slept well. Location was great as it was so near the Old Town and had convenient amenities around the corner. We walked everywhere. Would highly recommend your company to our friends and family.

Bel appartement, très propre et idéalement placé. L'agence est très réactive en cas de problème. Il serait bien de rajouter quelques patères dans l'entrée pour pouvoir suspendre ses affaires ainsi qu'une table basse devant le canapé. La quantité de vaisselle (assiettes et couverts) pourrait être augmentée à 8 pour ne pas avoir à faire le lave vaisselle trop souvent.

El marco de la puerta del baño está abombado por la humedad (por el agua que sale de la ducha). Por lo demás todo muy bien pero falltaban unas tijeras en el menaje de la cocina. Sin duda repetiremos en otra ocasión.

We had a fantastic stay in San Sebastián

To begin with, due to our late arrival time, we used to key collection service, which was so easy and reassuring when we received the keys, address, map…etc. These were all included within the envelope dispatched via the hatch, after entering the pre-supplied code number. Regards the accommodation, it was perfect for our stay with everything we needed, including the local coffee shops for breakfast. The location was excellent, with it being so close to everywhere, as well as being quiet at night, so as not to be disturbed by the late night revellers.

What a great location

This property is very well situated for strolling the promenade or walking along the river walk. It is between the two beaches. There are many restaurants in the surrounding neighborhood. There was a mix up with the keys, but they quickly fixed the problem. The elevator takes you to the 4th floor where the apartment is located. We had no problems and enjoyed our stay.

Fallos y falta de asunción de la responsabilidad.

El apartamento apesta a desagüe. No hemos disfrutado del lavaplatos que estaba averiado. La vitrocerámica tb tenía roto el fuego grande, los elementos de limpieza, así como el tendedero están inutilizables debido al oxido que mancha la ropa, al estar expuestos a la lluvia. Por lo que tampoco hemos podido hacer uso de este electrodoméstico. Poca palabra por parte de los propietarios y ninguna responsabilidad. Puesta la debida queja en consumo. Por lo demás, todo bien.
