The property is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac near the heart of the village of Esentepe. The apartment boasts lovely views of the Beshparmak Mountains and the Mediterranean sea and sits in it's own grounds amongst fig, orange. pomegranate, mulberry and bougainvillea trees.

This special place has been newly converted to offer a luxury bathroom, bedroom, lounge and kitchen. Uniquely, the bifold doors in the bedroom and lounge can be drawn back to provide beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, the sea and the mountains. Lounge on the large terraces. Take a dip in our private 10m x 5m swimming pool and cook a succulent barbeque in the balmy open air of the relaxing garden area. And if it's the sea you want it's just a 5 minute car ride to Esentepe beach or 15 minute ride to Alagadi Beach and the amazing Turtle Project. The lush greens and fairways of Korineum Golf Course and Beach Resort are a 10 minute drive away and there are several very good restaurants nearby.

We spent a long time viewing the area and finally choosing Esentepe as our base. We wanted a private property in the best location possible within our budget and we found No 6. Wow! Those views.....incredible. In its own grounds, fruit trees the pool. We loved it.
