Nicely situated in the little village of Esentepe, so we could leave the car and walk up to the numerous restaurants situated there. Nice balcony to sit and sunbathe on the 1st floor. We did have a problem with the fly screen on the main rear door as it kept on dropping out of its runners, so we used the side door. If we did have a question Paul answered asap.

We had a few hiccups early on in our stay but the hosts did everything to fix any problems we had. Ideal location especially if you don’t want to do car hire. We’ll definitely book again for next year

The villa is exactly as the listing, it has everything you could possibly want, smart tv with access to netflix and prime, and plenty of kitchen equipment should you wish to self cater.Although you won't need to as the village has several excellent restaurants a 5 minute walk away.We particularly enjoyed the sun loungers on the first floor balcony, they were new and very comfortable. When we arrived the owners, Paul and Karen were staying in their other villa, they couldn't have been more helpful and left us a very generous welcome pack.

Great getaway

Lovely Villa on a small development close to the town. So there’s shops and restaurants on you’re doorstep. Everything you need for you’re holiday is in the villa. Pool is in the centre of the development. Very quiet and relaxing the whole time we were there.

Esentepe stay

Overall the property is in a good location to access all other areas but you need a car, which is normal. The villa decoration is a bit tired and in need of an bit of deco and we did have to clean some areas when we arrived but it wasn’t a problem. We ran out of water but neighbours were on hand to help out using pool hosed water to fill the tank as the management couldn’t get out to top up credit until the next morning. But it was good value for the location the villa was well equipped and if you’re after a relaxing holiday it’s ideal.

No 15 Breezy Hill is as described a home from homeWe had an excellent 20 days in the villa which is well equipped and furnished with ample cleaning utensils and indeed plenty of complimentary provisions. We must mention that the hosts Paul and Karen (who were on a cruise themselves) responded quickly and positively to our queries mainly relating to Wi-Fi and network problem ( which was probably our fault as not technically minded)The view from the upstairs balcony/terrace is super and you can laze and bathe in the sunshine and watch the beautiful sunsets. This also overlooks the pool area with two kids pools. The villa is on the roadside of a quite steep incline and is just a 3 minute stroll to the centre of the village with friendly pubs and restaurants and shops pharmacy etc. There is a little traffic noise but quiet at night. There are some development work around but work doesn’t commence till after 8 a.m. All of the above is normal for any village in TRNC including the odd dog barking. There are 6 or 7 steps down to the pool level which has ample room for sun bathing/lazing etc.We would highly recommend this property for a nice relaxing vocation.Indeed we didn’t hire a car for the first 5 days as we used the local bus from the village to Girne about 50 minute journey. The bus goes every 2 hours and the bus stop is a 3 minute stroll from the property.A big thank to Paul and Karen who also advised on taxi and car hire which were excellent.

Little bit of paradise

You get what it says on the packet basically. The villa suited our needs perfectly. We came for a sunshine and pool holiday and that’s what we got. Currently writing this review on our last day by the pool soaking up glorious sunshine. Will definitely return. Loved the sleepy village of Esentepe as well. Everyone is nice and welcoming.

Nicely appointed villa

The villa is well furnished inside, kitchen and dining equipment more than adequate for the four of us. Nice welcome pack provided. The villa was clean and plenty of towels and bedding provided. A few suggestions rather than criticisms are, could do with an outdoor table and chair set for patio dining and a couple of parasols for the upstairs and downstairs patios / balconies would also be welcome. A microwave would have been good and also a small safe for passports, cards etc. Vehicle is definitely required if you wish to visit beaches, major supermarkets etc. We found vehicle hire to be very reasonable and petrol cheap. Roads are wonderfully quiet and the driving standard was good. The town of Esentepe is a few minutes walk and there is a small supermarket for basic essentials and a couple of nice restaurants serving local fare. We used Remzies for evening meals and the Esentepe restaurant for a lunchtime drink and snack. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Perfect!

We rented this villa in July. It was great! The villa is big enough and comfortable, has perfect location and great views. The description is exactly. The owners are very friendly, responsible and supportable, answered all our question, helped with everything. We would like to come back somewhere! And I can recommend this villa and place.

Great villa

It was my first time to Northern Cyprus. The village was lovely and the people are very friendly. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful . The property was perfect for my needs and was really clean and well equipped. The village isn’t large but there are shops for provisions and supermarkets a short drive away. If you are looking to experience the real Northern Cyprus then Esentepe is great.

Lovely villa with wonderful views

This is a lovely, comfortable villa. Being on a hill there is always a breeze to keep things cool. The views and sunsets are wonderful. It is very close to Esentepe village where there are restaurants, bars and supermarkets all in walking distance. I do recommend a car so you can travel further to see this beautiful part of Northern Cyprus with the harbour at Kyrenia and the wonderful beach club at Karpaz. The only things, which are our personal preference, would have been a parasol on the terrace for a welcome break from the sun for our sun downers in the early evening and a table and chairs on the patio for breakfast/lunch if we had an exploring/pool day. Karen made the whole process of booking very easy and replied to our emails very quickly. The welcome pack when we arrived at 11pm was much appreciated. Thank you for letting us use your lovely villa. We will definately be returning.

As advertised! Well appointed and well equipped villa in a great location.outside space is vast!

From start to finish Karen and Paul have been a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful from the outset and remained so during out stay. The villa is in a lovely little village but you are situated 3 mins from it which is very handy. Villa is ina quiet spot so lazy afternoons by the peace were so relaxing. The villa is spotless and well appointed. The layout is conducive to family life and having two bathrooms was a god send. Sure you can find other villas in the area but cannot recommend this one enough.

15 Breezy Hill Villas Esentepe

Breezy Hill villas is set a stone's throw away from the village set up high on the hill, this gives you an authentic feeling of being in North Cyprus. The accommodation was as described and is big enough for 4 adults. The layout was excellent and everything was well equipped and in working order. After a few glitches, we were able to relax and enjoy our surroundings, great views, excellent pool, friendly locals, all that added to our enjoyment. As mentioned above we had a couple of issues, but Paul and Karen expedited a quick resolution and were always at the end of a phone/text/email to get things sorted to our satisfaction. I should also mention David & Helen (owners of No.2) who were onsite enjoying their own break, who also assisted us immensely, thank you all so much. As the shops were such a short drive away and the kitchen was so well equipped, we ate in mostly, enjoying the views from the sun terrace with a gin & tonic in hand! However, from other reports, food was readily available and up to standard locally. We travelled to Kyrenia and also to the Beach/Golf/Tennis resort "Korineum", were we enjoyed a pleasant day on the sandy/shingly beach, don't worry there is a platform with steps for those not keen on shingle, the water was warm and clear and excellent for snorkelling. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend this property to others, especially for those wishing to get away from the clubbers nightlife and want a more authentic experience with the choice of what you want to do.
