The check-in process was a disaster. The code didn't work to get the keys from the pick up point. Tried contacting the host and still waiting for a reply!!! Eventually got the code via VRBO customer helpline but this took well over an hour, and after travelling most of the day and having a car rental issue this was not needed.Finally got in the apartment at almost midnight.Things to note, there was no cutlery so we had to purchase plastic knives and spoons. The remote control for the garage didn't work (messaged the host and still waiting on a reply!!)On the plus side, the apartment is really good and in a great location. Beds were comfortable and no issues with plumbing etc. Rooftop area was really nice.Access to the pool was easy enough and it was clean.
