Mr. Fowler is a great host! We had a great week. We’ve been to Waterscape a few times and this was my favorite room. The view was amazing of both the lazy river so you can see any activities going on and the beach. The beds were comfortable, even the bunk beds. Check in and out were easy, rooms were clean. The walk to the lower and upper pool are close as well as beach access. The balcony was large with nice chairs.

Excellent family vacation

This is a great place for a family vacation. The location to both the beach and pool was fantastic and the large balcony with Adirondack chairs was a wonderful place to sip our morning coffee. Our family of 5 adults and 3 small children was very comfortable here and we would not hesitate to come back.

Richard, the host, was above and beyond from the time of booking to pre-arrival info to in-stay questions. The condo was spotless on arrival with every expectation met. The layout is ideal for multiple in-and-outs required for beach/pool activities. There was plenty of room for sandy/wet drop offs, quick showers, and staggered bedtimes. The balcony provided optimal views of the pool area, the beach, and the surf flag updates on the boardwalk. The facility was perfect for an extended family with children, and it provided the R&R haven for which we were hoping during ballpark downtimes. We made use of the Tiki Hut quite a bit both for chicken nugs and pizza (that the kiddos loved…always a plus) and adult beverages.

This was a great location for our family! We had views of the beach and pool/lazy river from our balcony. The condo had most everything we needed, including a pack n play and beach toys. The only thing we lacked were serving bowls for the dinners we prepared. We had a great stay!

This was a great place that exceeded my expectations. Reminded me of when I used to go on vacation as a kid, except the pools were way better. Loved the zero entry pools and the heated pool.

Family Friendly

We had 5 adults and 4 kids stay at this condo very comfortably! The view was fantastic, the community was GREAT for the kids and adults, and the condo was very functional for everyone!! We all were very happy with our stay here and will probably rent it again next year!
