Christmas week was wonderful here. Kids loved the heated pool and easy access to the beach! Check-in & check-out went smoothly. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of space for our family. Beautiful sunsets, too!

Perfect Beach Getaway for Families!

We loved our stay at this beach condo! It was within walking distance to great restaurants, had an incredible view, and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. There were also plenty of fun things for the kids to do. We'd definitely come back again!

Excellent Property

Condo has one of the best views of the beach and ocean. Also easy access to the pool. The multiple pools and lazy river were a big hit and having a beach umbrella and two with the rental was a bonus. Condo was nicely furnished and beds were comfortable. Property management team was very responsive and helpful.

Loved our room location within the resort. We had a beautiful ocean view on one side and a quick walk out to the lazy river/pool area on the other side. Our unit was very nice and clean! The beds in the 3 bedrooms and even in the bunk room were extremely comfortable!

Great stay!

We had a great stay in this unit! It was our first time at Waterscape. My sister and I came with our husbands and our kids (5 kids) and brought our mom, too. There was enough space for all to sleep comfortably and the unit was so nice with lots of updates. We loved the ocean view and the balcony was great to sit out on each evening and morning. The management company was extremely responsive and attentive to the minor needs we had throughout our stay. Would recommend!

Grandma Getaway

This was a much needed getaway with my daughter and two grandkids mid November. We had a lot of beach time and a little pool time (the pool water with the play area and lazy river was brisk). We never made it to the other upper pool area. The hot tubs we're great! The condo was nicely equipped with pretty much everything we needed. We did have to purchase staples like salt & pepper, oil, and plastic wrap/baggies for leftovers. The location was wonderful except for the rowdy/cursing guests playing loud music on their balcony next door at Summer Place. A call to the non-emergency Sheriff Line seemed to resolve that fairly quickly. The beds were adequate but extremely firm and there was sand in the sheets and mascara on the pillow cases. I washed them "all" which took up my beach time, and the mascara didn't come out. One of the remotes was missing a battery. A back-up "Guest Info" packet would've been helpful, and I wouldn't have had to bother the host since I was having difficulty finding check-in/check-out info through email and vrbo app. We bought beach toys but when departing, we noticed there's a whole bin of beach toys near the soda machines. The sunsets were amazing!! Overall we would definitely stay here again.
