Casa Aloe is a newly built (March 2019) 90 sqm bright and modern apartment. More precisely it is located in a villa made of 2 apartments only. It is situated 6 km from Siracusa city (12 mn' drive), in the country side. Casa Aloe enjoys 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a very bright main room with a modern kitchen that looks on a lovely exclusive individual pool (8x6 metres) and a well kept garden with terrace. It is equipped with air-conditioning, wi fi connection and washing machine.
Car park available on the property.

Casa Aloe has its own pool, garden and entrance. Only the car park at the entrance of the property is shared with the other apartment.

The nearest supermarkets are 12 mn' drive at the entrance of Syracuse. The historic centre of Syracuse is 15 mn' drive. Noto city is 35 mn' drive.

Fabulous family break

We had a fantastic time in this out of town location, whilst quick and easy to get into town and onto the highway to visit other places. Vanessa (the host) provided excellent information and suggestions for us when we asked.Check in and check out easy and relaxed. We had a fab time! Pool was a delight and super clean as was the whole house.
Pool has three depths so is really safe for smaller and less confident swimmers. Also a small diving board which was a lot of fun!

Great property to stay at - clean, plenty of room, fantastic pool and outside area and well stocked kitchen. You will definitely need a car as no public transport available and about 15 minute drive into Syracuse.

I honestly don't know if this review is for my home. Casa Aloe has two large windows in the living room that overlook the well-kept garden with greenery and fruit trees and the pool, as can be seen from the photos. It does not have small roof windows. It is located in a rural area 6 kilometers from the city and a 5-minute drive from the most beautiful sea in Syracuse. There are no industries nearby because it is on the south side of Syracuse and the industries are on the north side of the city, about 50 kilometers away. If you thought you would find woods in Syracuse, you really made the wrong choice. I advise you to do more research before choosing a location based on your needs and to avoid reviews that could, without any valid reason, offend and undermine the work of those who, with honesty and sacrifice, are committed to making their guests feel at home. Es war okay! Das Haus und insbesondere die Küche ist sehr spärlich ausgestattet, es fehlen viele Kleinigkeiten wie Haken im Sanitärbereich oder ein Fegeblech/Handfeger.Das Toilettenpapier darf nicht in die Toilette geschmissen werden, sondern nur in den Mülleimer.Zudem ist das Haus sehr hellhörig.Die Toilettengänge der Feriengäste in der oberen Wohnung mussten wir leider miterleben.Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir bzw. die Ferienhaussiedlung von Vanessa eine Beschwerde wegen Lärmbelästigung bekommen und später teilte sie mit, dass jemand den Müll nicht richtig getrennt hat und es daher eine 400 Strafe der örtlichen Müllabfuhr gab (absolut lächerlich, wenn man durch das komplett vermüllte Sizilien fährt!)Zudem gab es nochmal den Hinweis zur Entsorgung des Toilettenpapiers!Wir hatten zudem eine wilde Katze im Garten,die ihr Geschäft ständig neben dem Pool erledigt hat.Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen, sodass ein Auto Pflicht ist. Für uns war es unter den genannten Umständen kein erholsamer Urlaub. Daher und wegen der vielen vermüllten Strände würden wir nicht mehr in dieser Region Urlaub machen.

I'm sorry you didn't have a relaxing holiday, and I'm also sorry you think that since the city streets are not clean, we can behave accordingly by not separating the garbage properly and not showing interest. During those days, I received a €400 fine, which, I should point out, I paid and I absolutely did not charge my guests, so a message sent to all guests where I very politely asked them to separate their garbage does not seem serious to me. No one complained about the message except you, and besides, you say that since the city streets were dirty, you could have acted accordingly. This seems absurd and uncivilized to me. As for the message where I ask that some guests complained about hearing a child screaming and banging on chairs or something at 6 in the morning, that message was also forwarded to everyone even though I was sure where it was coming from because there are only two houses closest to me. To this I say that being on holiday in a place that is not our home does not give us permission to behave in an improper manner. With your review, I understand where the problems of that week came from. It was a pleasure having you as a guest, and I'll accept it if you never want to come back. Before making these comments and playing with the work done with seriousness and dedication, think about how you handled it. Best regards

Schönes Haus mit Pool

Der Check in und die Kommunikation mit Vanessa war schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, aber man ist mit dem Auto (unbedingt notwendig) in wenigen Minuten in Siracusa, oder in einem der Supermärkte. Auch die Städte Noto, Ragusa, oder Marzamemi sind nur etwas mehr als eine halbe Stunde Fahrtzeit entfernt. Wohnung und Garten sind sehr gepflegt, die Wasserqualität des Pools wir auch während des Aufenthalts geprüft. Vanessa war stets erreichbar und reagierte bei Fragen umgehend. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte ein wenig umfangreicher sein, aber für de Zubereitung kleinerer Gerichte reicht sie aus. Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung, besonders auch wegen des hohen Maßes an Privatsphäre, nur weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben eine erholsame und schöne Zeit in Syracusa erlebt. Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung im Inserat. Der ungeheizte Pool ist gross und schön. Er hat zwei Bereiche: ein tiefer Teil zum schwimmen und ein flacher Teil zu relaxen.Zur Lage: entspricht der Beschreibung im Inserat: Auto ist erforderlich, Landmaschinenmechaniker nebenan manchmal etwas laut.Die Vermieterin sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und engagiert. Als Willkommensgeschenk hat sie für uns einen sehr leckeren Sizilianischen Pastasalat mitgebracht.

Un superbe sejour

Annonce et photos correspondant totalement a la maison. Accueil de qualité avec quelques cadeaux d’arrivee Dont une salade de pâtes la bienvenue au vu de notre heure d’arrivée. Emplacement à 15 min de Syracuse, maison propre bien entretenue et la piscine privative qui a fait la joie de nos enfants (et de nous). Recommandation sans problème de cette maison.

Bellissima vacanza

La casa è bellissima, nuova, tranquilla, molto accogliente e super accessoriata. Non manca davvero nulla!! Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato acqua fresca e una deliziosa pasta fredda con pomodorini e pesto, dopo un lungo viaggio, è stata una meravigliosa sorpresa :).
