Excellent location

Great location. Remember to use ear plugs and the noise wont worry you. if you don't like stairs then best not to stay here. That is the negatives covered. Everything else was fabulous and the location is outstanding and the apartment very comfortable. would stay here again if ever in Malaga

Appartement super. But not the Agentur

Very nice and special, but small (bathroom!) appartement in the middle of the town. But the agency was absolutely not helpful. The coffeemachine for example did not work, they wrote some words of excuse and that was all. Not to revommend.

Gemütliches Appartement

Gemütliches Appartement neben der Kathedrale, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt. Bäcker und Gaststätten direkt daneben. 3.Stock, keine Wohnung darüber, auch deshalb relativ ruhig. Koffer müssen dann eben nach oben getragen werden, kein Aufzug vorhanden. Dachterrasse mit Möblierung. Da jedoch vom Dach Wasser auf die Terrasse läuft und durch den ausgelegten Kunstrasen der Abfluss verdeckt ist bedeutet dies, dass nach Regen die Terrasse praktisch nicht oder nur eingeschränkt nutzbar ist. Hier sollte Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Im Bad riecht es aus den Abflüssen unangenehm. Das Parkhaus für 16 Euro in 24 Std. ist fußläufig in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Wenn die beiden Mängel beseitigt sind ist es ein super Appartement. Auch weil die Kommunikation mit Cristina vom ChezmoiHomes Team sehr gut war.

Séjour très agréable. L'appartement est bien situé, calme et bien agrémenté. Peut-être faudra-t-il veiller aux évacuations d'eau ? (remontees d'odeurs)

Genial

El alojamiento es muy bonito y bien equipado. Lo recomiendo para dos personas. Personalmente cambiaria el tema de la persiana de la terraza ya que solo hay un estor por el que entra luz y está literalmente pegado a la cama. No pudimos aprovechar la terraza por la lluvia pero tiene un buen espacio.
