Loft apartment in front of the Atlantic Ocean with spectacular views of the ocean, palm trees and the pool of the complex. It is located in the south of Gran Canaria in one of the sunniest areas of the island (between Aguila Playa and San Agustin), in a complex of few apartments, with swimming pool and access to the beach (3 minutes walking). It has a bedroom open to the living room with two independent beds, living room, kitchen and a balcony terrace to contemplate the sea and read your favorite book with peace of mind! This apartment is ideal for two adults and one child. It is not advisable for 3 adults.

Sehr ruhige Wohnanlage

Die Wohnanlage umfasst insgesamt 4 Etagen. Ist aber durch viele ältere Dauerbewohner sehr ruhig. Einzig der Kleiderschrank hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt.

Why they chose this property

Because it has everything for an ideal holiday in the sun. It is in front of the ocean, in a very quiet area with unbeatable views, is very well connected, near the bus stop and halfway between Las Palmas and Mogan. It is easy to go to visit any part of the island, take a walk on the beach, windsurfing at the school of Dunkerbeck's or simply walk towards the mountain
