Four bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x200, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds of 80x200, with (in addition) 1 bed weekend child, 1 room with 2 bunk beds of 1 bed 90x190 and 1 bed 140x200, 1 office including 1 sofa of a real bed of 140x200. Up to 3 beds with bunk beds for young people in a chalet in the garden.
1 bathroom (baby exchange possibility), 1 shower room, 2 separate toilets. Basement with washing machine and dryer and a baby stroller.
Enclosed garden (maisonnette for child), privative parking for 3 vehicles, possibility of storing your equipments of beach, bicycles and veil.

Logement bien situé et spacieux mais c'est bien la seule chose positive. L'intérieur est TRÈS VÉTUSTE, TRÈS SALE et TRÈS DÉSORGANISÉ. L'annonce dit 12 couchages mais presque tous les les matelas sont tachés et peu nets, 3 couchages (plus pour enfants qu'adultes) sont dans une cabane en bois qui sert d'abris de jardin et vraiment très sale du sol au plafond. Beaucoup de choses sont cassées ou dysfonctionnent. Nous avons restitué ce logement plus propre que nous l'avons trouvé sans trop de difficulté s...

Merci Madame pour votre appréciation, Malheureusement, nous avons constaté de nombreux dégâts même important cette année comme un morceau de marbre (dans le salon) non récupéré , une brise cassée sur la table basse du salon, un pied du barbecue cassé et même un déménagement de certains meubles conséquent sans les remettre en place. En vue de certains locataires et malgré le prix qui n'a pas bougé depuis 10 ans, je ne mettrai plus la maison en location. Bonne soirée D. Ledoux

Pour le positif : Emplacement idéal !!! Equipement complet (sauf ventilateur, dommage). Cuisine bien équipée et couverts à profusion.Pour le reste : Grande maison mais pas en très bon état, nécessiterait un grand nettoyage et même quelques réparations de base (porte de douche, lave-mains, barbecue, etc.) Terrain quasi inutilisable, par manque d'entretien principalement Très grande terrasse vitrée malheureusement inutilisable en été à cause de la chaleur... d'autant plus en cas de canicule comme durant notre séjour, pas de chance

La maison est ancienne mais la n est pas le probléme. La maison etait tres sale les alézes de lit jaunes avec des cheveux. On a relave la vaisellle toute poussiéreuse. Le four dans état pas possible. Je ne comprends pas comment on peut louer une maison dans un etat pareil. Il faut pas prendre les gens pour des imbéciles. Le point positif est la localisation.

Bonsoir Madame, Les alezes venaient juste d'être lavées car nous avons séjourné dans la maison juste avant. La vaisselle était propre comme le four du fait de notre venue. Je ne vous remercie pas d'avoir laissé sales les poubelles des toilettes dans leur état sans compter de ne pas remettre des affaires en place en autre le chauffage restant à 23° C

La maison est remarquablement située à quelques pas de la plage. Très agréable à vivre, cette maison familiale est vaste et accueillante avec son mobilier rustique. Propriétaire disponible et arrangeant.

Bon séjour

Très bon séjour dans cette grande maison de famille, chauffée à notre arrivée maison confortable tout près des commerces et de la plage. Nous étions 10, avons profité de l espace à l intérieur, de la véranda même non chauffée il y faisait bon. La ville était bien animée avec Halloween, les enfants étaient contents, on a même utilisé la poussette canne pour notre petite fille de 4 ans, que des bons moments en famille.

Très bonne localisation le temps d'un week-end entre amis

Maison très bien localisée à 200 m de la plage. Nous avons pu profiter de la Baule et ses environs. Assez spacieux pour 3 couples avec enfants (8 voyageurs au total). Le stationnement est également pratique, nous avions 3 véhicules tous garés dans l'enceinte. La maison est bien équipée et il y a même des condiments pour faciliter la cuisine. Le propriétaire est disponible si besoin. Petit bémol sur la propreté des lieux à notre arrivée. Il est dommage qu'il ne soit pas proposé une formule ménage ce qui permettrait de garantir le niveau de prestation, forcément inégal en fonction des visiteurs qui nous précédent. Cela permettrait y compris de partir l'esprit tranquille sans consacrer ses dernières heures au nettoyage des lieux.

Maison idéale pour séjour entre amis

Nous avons passé un week-end à La Baule entre amis, la maison est très bien placée et agréable. Le propriétaire a été très disponible et à l'écoute, je recommande !

Séjour de nouvel an agréable

La location correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. La maison est bien équipée. Dommage que la véranda ne soit pas chauffée car elle est très lumineuse mais nous étions au courant de ce point. Le point négatif de notre séjour est le fait que l'on a pas pu laisser nos poubelles sur places, il a fallu les déposer dans un contenair dans la rue (on est sorti en pleine nuit pour ne pas se faire voir)

2jours et demi au reveillon du 31janvier 2020.L immense plage de la Baule a proximite.Un petit bemol,nous pensions profiter de la veranda mais le chauffage n y fonctionnait pas . Ceci dit l interieur de la maison est tres grand et nous avons mis les rallonges a la table de salle a manger pour etre à l aise lors des repas.Madame GESLOT
