Family house, completely renovated, spacious and bright. Fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room and direct access to the garden and the terrace. The large living room, comfortable, allows family gatherings. The three bedrooms upstairs, are welcoming and bright. One bedroom has a double bed and two bunk beds. The ground floor and the floor each have a bathroom and toilet. Sheets and towels are provided for rent on request

Very pleasantly surprised by the perfection of this house. Decoration that removes the impersonal side of a rental. Nothing is missing, everything is well thought out. Excellent contact with the owner. Nice contact with Gaëlle for the welcome. I recommend 100 percent.

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus für Familien

Das Ferienhaus war bis auf den Kühlschrank sehr sauber. Der Kühlschrank wurde während der Übergabe vermieterseitig gereinigt. Besonders gut haben uns die zwei sehr modern ausgestatten Bäder gefallen. Auch die Schlafzimmer waren mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch die ruhige Lage nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt vom Strand. Auch der Ortskern ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in La Baule daher sehr gelungen.

Maison agreable, spacieuse, tres bien équipée

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour à La Baule. La maison est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Tout le monde a eu l'espace propice à un bon sejour en famille. La maison est très proche de la plage à pieds. Les.commerces du Pouliguen sont également accessibles à pieds en se promenant. Nous avons eu de très bons contacts avec les propriétaires qui ont été très à l ecoute de nos questions lors de l organisation de notre sejour. Nous avons été gâtés à notre arrivée par de belles et bonnes douceurs. Encore merci! Nous avons été accueillis par une personne agreable qui nous a donné toutes les informations pour passer un bon sejour. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison et n hesiterons pas à revenir

Excellent!

Une belle maison très bien rénovée avec des prestations excellentes. Des propriétaires très agréables et soucieux du confort de leurs locataires. Qui plus est, la maison est très bien située à 5 minutes de la plage (a pied) et 5 minutes du port du Pouliguen (à vélo) dans un quartier très calme. La location de vélos est un vrai plus!

Lohnenswertes Haus und lohnenswertes Reiseziel - Schnell am Strand

Wir haben es sehr gut angetroffen. Sowohl die Fotos als auch die Beschreibung des Hauses sind exakt. Gute Betten, prima Duschen und eine zweckmäßige moderne Küche. Zu Fuß ins Zentrum von La Baule ist es etwas weiter, darum hat es uns häufiger an den Hafen von Poliguen gezogen. Der tolle Sandstrand von La Baule ist in weniger als 10 min. zu Fuß erreicht. Kommunikation mit der Agentur war prima und problemlos. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter!

Nous avons également apprécié le beau jardin fleuri, la terrasse, les transats, le calme du quartier et la proximité des commerces et de la plage. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans votre belle maison du 12/8/2016 au 19/8/2016. Nous ne manquerons pas de donner votre adresse à des amis et de vous la relouer si vous revenons à la Baule une autre fois.
