Great downstairs area in a split-level house. Very clean and welcoming; host was very communicative and had muffins waiting for us (yum!). Great location for visiting several Spokane places. Would stay again.

My dad, his dog, and I stayed at Peggy's house for 5 days and it was so lovely! The backyard was so very nice and big, too. Dad's dog really enjoyed chasing his ball back there. The house is immaculate and there is a washer and a dryer! I slept on the couch and it was incredibly comfortable. The oven/stove is full sized and works great, there is a microwave, too, which is so convenient. Everything you need is there, and if it isn't, just send Peggy a text and she will take care of it if she's able. We had two vehicles, so Dad parked in the street and I shared the driveway with Peggy. What a wonderful time we had there. Thank you, Peggy! You are a fantastic hostess.

Fantastic stay in Spokane

This was by far one of the nicest VRBO properties I've stayed in. Very tastefully designed and it had everthing I could think of for making meals, relaxing, and the location couldn't have been better. Very close to downtown Spokane and easy access to the freeway for travel in the surrounding area.

Ms. Peggy is a fantastic host. She is attentive, the house was clean, parking was off street, and the area was safe. I highly recommend staying with Ms. Peggy and will stay with her again the next time I’m in Spokane.

I might add that Jennifer and company were great guests. The communication was excellent even given it was holiday time. The apartment was left in great condition. I might add that they also gave us a treat of a bag of Garrett’s popcorn. We’ve never had this amazing treat from Chicago and now have ordered our own supply. Thanks so much! And please come again!

Great stay in Spokane

Apartment was perfect for my stay while son was at soccer camp at Whitworth University. It was very clean and had everything needed to make your own meals.Peggy was great and a very attentive host. I would definitely stay again when in Spokane.

Patty’s Perfect Place

So easy to get to, and quick access to Gonzaga. Walked the neighborhood a lot with my dog and always felt safe. Patty is the perfect hostess who is just a text away for any request. I highly recommend her place.

Amazing host!

Peggy’s Place was perfect for us and or dog. It was clean, comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed the outdoor space as well. Peggy was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. She made our stay perfect!

Homey and comfortable

Cozy apartment with nice central location

My husband and I stayed at Peggy's place for 2 nights. The apartment had a wonderful layout with everything needed for our stay. The king bed was so comfy with high quality linens. Highly recommend.

Clean & comfortable...perfect size space

Peggy's apartment is in a nice neighborhood, spacious, had a full kitchen and everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. She is very responsive and accomodating. We will definitely rent again when in the area.

Setting up Dollar General

Welcoming place to call home for two weeks. Very nice, cozy place and a great host. Very accommodating with my early and late shifts for the setup. Excellent communication. Very pleasant stay.

Perfect quiet location & super clean!

The host was quick to respond to questions, very thoughtful on the extra touches, and easy to book with! We would definitely stay here again if the “king” bed wasn’t 2 twin mattresses hooked together. Otherwise the perfect place to stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this cute VRBO. We were there three weeks and found everything to be perfect. The location was ideal, the apartment was very clean and comfortable, and the owner, who lives upstairs was very accommodating.
