Treat yourself to the tranquility and restorative energy of La Cabina (the cabin). Here you will find the old world charm of Tuscany, Italy with the modern amenities of a luxury hotel. Winescape Winery, a great boutique winery, a walk across the street. Thierman Trail head, great for nature hikes and biking, just minutes away. Just 12 minutes from downtown Spokane, business, hospitals and university districts. Also, conveniently located close to the I-90 freeway and shopping - including Trader Joe's, Target, fast food, and fine dining - La Cabina is nestled in a beautiful bucolic setting providing picturesque views from every window!


Your amenities include free wi-fi, Fire Stick TV. A complete kitchen with all modern appliances, a wellness pad for your aches and pains, a large dining area with a beautiful classic wood dining table for work or entertaining seating up to 6 people comfortably, a new luxurious king size bed, "Dr's Choice Elite" with adjustable base, ample pillows and bedding, a wall fireplace in bedroom, a cozy couch for relaxing and watching TV that also folds into a double sleeping bed if you have additional guests, a wonderfully spacious spa inspired bathroom with an elegantly tiled shower including an over sized “rain' shower head, a tankless water heater that won't run out of hot water! A washer and dryer for your laundry needs in a separate enclosed room. Air conditioning. All of this is set in a spacious studio layout with magnificent rustic iron lighting fixtures all on dimmers for perfect work and mood settings, and all floors have plush rugs for warmth and comfort. On the exterior surrounding La Cabina are extended gardens, a restored greenhouse, patios for BBQ'S or just relaxing with your favorite beverage taking in the dramatic views. Ever changing incredible sunsets! New, elegant curtains you can draw on main patio, for added room and privacy. Parking is immediately in front of La Cabina, so getting to your vehicle is simply stepping out your door. Also as a back up for any outages La Cabina has a generator.

La Cabina is available for short or extended stay booking options. Minimum stay is 3 nights, and extended stays are available per reservation availability.

For having a day event, 20 people is an additional fee of $1,000.00.

Hidden Gem on South Hill

The property is a quiet little oasis with a winery across the street and beautiful property grounds in every direction. Rene has done such a wonderful job creating spaces to relax all along the grounds. The casita was perfectly cozy with everything we needed. We loved our stay and hope to return again soon.

Rene’s little cabin in the rural part of Spokane is a little slice of paradise! The space was perfect for 2 adults, and we appreciated all the amenities and nice touches that our host put in place - washer/dryer, full kitchen, super comfy bed, a/c unit (for the hotter days), outdoor seating for enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the patio. It was a good location for getting know the greater Spokane area and quiet enough to catch up on our sleep. Would highly recommend for couples, especially those who like wine (there is a nice winery literally across the street). We would happily stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

This is our fourth year staying at Rene's over Christmas, and it is always such a wonderful experience! We usually host a family Christmas Eve Smorgasbord at the beautiful big farm table. I had an amazing time at this cabina! The views were so beautiful and the property is large- great for enjoying outdoor time with your loved ones, or a private get away in a gorgeous modern home. Rene was a very considerate and kind host. She made the experience very pleasant and was always on stand by if I needed help with anything! It’s in a very safe neighborhood, in my opinion you’re guaranteed to enjoy your time at this place! Highly recommend :)

A peaceful cozy stay!

We fell in love with this property while initially searching for rentals—and it certainly did not disappoint! South Hill Stay

La Cabina was a great property for our Spokane Visit. While on the same property as the Owner's Home La Cabina has beautiful views, lots of outside spaces and plenty of parking. Really enjoyed the privacy the space offered and loved the deer that visited regularly. We will definitely be back.
