About this property

Modern, bright Vanderbilt beach condo with views at Delnor-Wiggins State Park

This condo is a short 4 min walk to Vanderbilt beach and the beach of Delnor-Wiggins-State-Park in beautiful Naples. It is sunny in the morning, has beautiful views and is quiet at night. It was fabulously remodeled in 2016 and renovated again in 2025 with a perfect coastal feel and is equipped with everything you may need for perfect holidays.

The beds, Kingsize in Master-Bedroom and Queen-Size in Guest-bedroom, are brand-new super-comfortable boxsprings with hygienic covers, smooth new pillows and everything to prevent you from allergic reactions, as the floors are tiled and everything else is washable, too.
Every room is additionally equipped with air purifiers.

The two bathrooms have nice and easy-accessible showers and are equipped with everything you may need. You will just have to bring your very personal belongings.

The open kitchen´s extras are an air-fryer (toaster) and a Ninja-Luxe Espresso Machine delivering barista-like Coffee.

For your entertainment we installed an OLED-4K-HD Smart TV, which allows you to watch also all your streaming favorites and TV-Channels. Every Bedroom has a Smart-TV, too. High Speed Wifi is provided.

Going to the beach will be fun taking the beachchairs, Sunbrella and Icebag. Or you take the two Bikes to drive along the quiet streets of Pelican Bay.

You can wash and dry all your laundry in the laundry-room on the same floor.

Vanderbilt Towers 3 offers a sunny pool until the afternoon and free parking.

Enjoy the beach during the day, relax at the Pool and watch a beautiful beach sunset without getting into a car.

Numerous dining options, cinemas, the Naples Artis philharmonic center and convenient shopping options are nearby.

The condo is kept with taste, passion and personality.

Clean and crisp and lot’s of white make this apartment feel warm and welcoming.

It was our first with VRBO and will not be our last. It was easy and seemless. Our questions and a few small issues were handled quickly and efficiently. It was a great month!

Wonderful condo!!! Felt like home! 😍

We loved the apartment! It’s bright, white, crisp!!! It has everything you need and more! The beach is 4 min away and you’ll find everything that you need for a beach: chairs, towels, umbrella, cool bags- you don’t have to worry about anything. It was such a nice touch a welcome drinks and fruits! Thank you Michaela and Chris , we had a wonderful time at you place!!!

The condo was lovely and had many extras that were much appreciated. The TVs were a bit of a challenge when one is not familiar with Smart TVs and manager only tried to help via the phone. Otherwise location is great with short walk to beach and nice pool.

Perfect stay!

My husband and I stayed here for a month. The flat is beautiful and very comfortable and we felt very much at home. All the amenities made our stay very enjoyable. The photos and listing are very accurate and a welcome book is provided with explanations for everything. the owners are charming - they communicated with us through the website. We highly recommend this property!

The condo was spotless, nicely furnished, and had every amenity we could want--4 types of coffee makers, bicycles, NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, phone chargers, plenty of towels, a prepaid laundry card with a $20 balance and much more. This condo is updated & decorated very professionally & appealing.

Our stay at 609 was wonderful. We appreciated just a short walk to the beach! We enjoyed all the special amenities that Michaela & family offered for our use such as Siri for music, beach chairs, bikes, & the comfortable king bed. I would hope that the hallways leading to the condo would be updated as ir well. They gave a very drab & dingy feel for coming into the welcoming condo with a bouquet of flowers awaiting our visit. We appreciated Michaelas promptness for communicating with us when we had questions or appliance.problems..

Well equipped and furnished unit

We had an excellent stay during January 2020. The unit has everything you need in the kitchen, bath towels, beach towels, beach gear and two nice bicycles. It was clean and in excellent condition. The owner was readily available to answer questions as they arose. Building was quiet, no noisy neighbors.

Ein herrlicher Ort, der Platz, an dem Ruhe und Natur tatsächlich auch eine harmonische Einheit mit dem Erleben von buntem Treiben, Shoppen und lebendiger Abwechslung bilden. Wunderbar der herrliche Strand, erlebnisreich die Spaziergänge und der Aufenthalt dort dank der Artenvielfalt im Wasser und an Land... großartig auch die Infrastruktur in der nahen Umgebung! Kurze Wege, viel Abwechslung, Florida von seiner der schönsten Seite ☺️ Wohnung, Pool und die gesamte Anlage sehr, sehr schön und einfach dazu angetan, vom ersten Moment an angenehm zu entspannen. Es ist alles da, was dafür wichtig ist, Freundlichkeit, Ausstattung und bei Bedarf auch Kontakt bzw Betreuung. Wir sagen Danke! Schon zum zweiten Mal....

La realidad supera las fotos. La propietaria tiene las mejores condiciones como anfitriona y el equipamiento es insuperable. La ubicación es muy buena porque se accede a una de las mejores playas a unos 70 mts. del complejo en el que esta el departamento. Estuvimos en Agosto y pasamos las vacaciones que buscabamos. Can't wait to come back again!

This beautiful condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay with your partner (and kids). It's very clean, yet updated and is only a short walk to the beach (4-5mins) with the beach cart loaded. The furniture is very comfortable (especially the beds!) and everything smells fresh. Warm white and earth colors made me feel homey immediately after we entered the Apartment I especially enjoyed sitting out on the lanai with my husband and a glass of wine, listening to the ocean waves while my two kids were downstairs swimming and splashing in the community pool. The Owner is very friendly and easy to work with and responds immediately. I highly recommend this condo and hope to stay again. Thank you for sharing!
