Appartement sale

Nous avons eu l'appartement dans un état très médiocre, tout était sale, le ménage est laissé aux locataires mais aucunes vérifications ne sont effectuées avant de donner les clefs aux prochains locataires. Il y avait encore des cheveux au sol et des miettes, traces de gras sur la table et les meubles, la vaisselle était grasse, le ventilateur était plein de poussières, la housse de canapé etait marron y compris le drap de lit, il y avait des miettes et des taches dessus (sûrement jamais lavés) et les couvertures à disposition étaient très sales ! Les propriétaires ont étaient a l'écoute lorsque nous avons expliqué l'état dans lequel nous avions récupérer l'appartement et nous ont apporté un nouveau ventilateur et housse de canapé mais la femme de ménage qu'ils nous ont promis n'est jamais venu en deux semaines ! Propriétaires pas très impliqués dans la location de leur appartement .... Je conseille le lieu mais pas cet appartement dont l'entretien laisse à désirer.... c'est dommage car il a un emplacement idéal à deux pas de la mer ..

La situation de l'appartement est bonne, pas loin de la plage, avec un emplacement voiture.

II manque du service vaisselle, le frigo a du être remplacé car il ne fonctionnait plus très bien. Les alentours sont très bruyant ( chien qui aboie toute la nuit ) impossible de se reposer. Le propriétaire n'est pas responsable bien sur, mais c'est très désagréable.
