We had a wonderful time during our stay! The house was clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. The ocean view from the property was stunning, perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful coastal getaway.

The house was perfect for a family with kids needing their own beds and privacy. We enjoyed the quiet location within short drives to great beaches. The air conditioning worked great, and we appreciated the good water pressure in the showers. Would definitely stay there again.

This lovely home was as close to perfect as you can get. The house itself was very charming and so very nicely furnished and decorated. There was a true Mediterranean feel to it. The view was peaceful and gorgeous. Then on top of all this the grounds were so very nice and interesting. It was fun just to walk around the house and look at the plants. There was even a prickly pear that was blooming! Thinking back on our stay there makes me smile. I was there with my daughter and her family and a friend. There were 6 of us in all and we were very comfortable. Thank you Massimo for the care you take to make your house such a lovely place for a family to gather.

Nice Sardynian house

We spent only 4 days in this small villa. The check in process is easy. The garden is very well kept. There are 3 bedrooms of which one with AC and the other two just with fan. Kitchen well equiped. The owner flexible. The sea view is much better that on photos. We enjoyed our stay very much. The closest beach - Lu impostu with incredible water. La cinta great sand. We visited great restaurants: Ristorante Lu Impostu - need to visit for lunch and Punta Est just for sunset and early night. View and food outstanding.

Saluti a Massimo e tanti auguri! Grazie

Tolle Terrasse, super Ausblick
