La casa è ben tenuta, curata e fornita di tutto. Posizione tranquilla e a 2 passi dal mare e da Castelsardo. Ottima base di partenza per esplorare spiagge e visitare paesini dell'entroterra. Nelle vicinanze supermercati e negozi di tutti i generi.
