Covered parking space and lift. Located in a quiet area, 10 minutes walk from the beach and the center of Conil, and a 5 minute walk there is a supermarket, bars and restaurants. Wifi fiber optic and smart tv (you can access your Netflix account, YouTube, etc.). Centralized air conditioning and heating.

Apartamento de 10!!!!

El apartamento con todo lo necesario, muy limpio y una azotea preciosa con vistas a Castilnovo. El propietario muy atento y dispuesto en todo momento. Sin duda alguna para repetir. Totalmente recomendable.

Estancia estupenda

Apartamento estupendo, fiel a las fotografías de la web. Por poner un pero, dado que íbamos con un niño pequeño, cocinamos bastante y echamos en falta algunos utensilios de cocina como sartén pequeña, tapadera, utensilio para espaghettis...por lo demás nada que objetar. El aire acondicionado fue un plus dado el calor que hizo. Mucha tranquilidad, pudimos dormir bien. Plaza de garaje amplia y cómoda.

Excelente Apartamento, todo nuevo y magnifica terraza con vistas al mar

A 400 metros de la playa y del centro de Conil. El propietario muy amable, puntual, con una completa guía de restaurantes y sitios para visitar. Amplia plaza de garaje. Todo muy nuevo y limpio.

Schöner Ort zum Entspannen!

Wir wurden von Ramon freundlich empfangen und er zeigte uns die Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet,so haben wir uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles da was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. Auf dem Balkon und der Dachterrasse konnten wir uns schön entspannen . Den Blick auf El Palmar und das Meer haben wir ebenfalls genossen. Die Schlafzimmer haben Moskitonetze an den Fenstern. So konnte man bei offenem Fenster schlafen und das Meer rauschen hören. Conil ist vor allem im November ein schöner Ort um sich zu erholen und Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen. Werden diese Unterkunft sicher wieder buchen. Buen viaje!

Optimale Ferienwohnung

Sehr zuvorkommende Abwicklung. Die Wohnung liegt 500 m vom Strand entfernt und in 10 Minuten ist man im quirligen Stadtzentrum. Die Wohnung hat für einen Kurzurlaub alles, was man braucht. Besonders günstig auch dich den Tiefgaragenplatz. Die Anbindung an die Fernverkehrsstrecken ist optimal.

Cómo en casa

El alojamiento es tal cual se indica en el anuncio. Muy limpio y con todas las comodidades. Cerca de la playa, escasos diez minutos. Lo único a reseñar como aspecto negativo sería que en uno de los baños, había un desagradable olor a tuberías,no sé si por el problema que hubo con una rotura de una tubería que daba al río o es problema del edificio. La comunicación con Ramón,el propietario muy bien
