Amazing luxury apartment comprising of 3 floors, comfortably accommodating up to 6 persons (max 4 adults + 2 children),

Located in a quiet & picturesque small village of Old Krasici, Tivat Bay of Kotor
with private pool, 3 sunny terraces and a small private beach right in front of the property

Apartment has 2 bright, airconditioned bedrooms (one double and one twin) plus soffa in the living room, (offering additional sofa bed for 2) and fully equipped kitchen. All rooms have a magnificent sea view!

2 bathrooms available (one with shower and other with bathtub), one separate WC.

Walking distance to a nice medditeanean restaurants and a grocery store.

Enclosed parking as well as off street parking available,

The location is ideal for people looking for a quiet vacation with ample opportunity for swimming, water sports, hiking, walking, fishing, biking etc ,

Breathtakingly beautiful

Sladja is a fabulous host, communication was excellent and we were made to feel very welcome. The apartment is fabulous with direct access to the sea plus a private shaded pool and seating area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation recommending.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft direkt am Meer

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft direkt am Meer verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und wir haben uns hier immer sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt,auf Fragen oder Wünsche wurde immer direkt eingegangen. Der Ausblick von der Unterkunft auf die Bucht von Kotor ist einfach nur Überragend . Einzig die küche ist etwas klein . Trotzdem würde ich und meine Familie jederzeit wieder inseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Ruhig und direkt am Meer

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub. Das großzügige Objekt bietet auch Raum zum Rückzug, was bei einer fünfköpfigen Familie auch mal schön ist. Das Meer ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Die Straße vor dem Objekt ist kaum befahren. Es war herrlich ruhig. Die Vermieterin ging auf alle Rückfragen ein und war äußerst bemüht, dass alles stimmte und man sich wohlfühlt. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die etwas zu kleine Küche. Im nächsten Jahr wird die Vermieterin nach eigener Angabe wohl eine Außenküche hinzufügen. Dann müssen wir noch mal wiederkommen, um das zu testen. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter.
