Relaxing and secure Clube Albuferia environment , apartment clean, warm and homely. superb facilities in the apartment, and looking out on the swimming pool , excellent menu at the conveniently adjacent 'Blue House' restaurant. and Albuferia Old Town and beach only a few minutes away. This is indeed a good safe area for children ..with that lovely pool which you can see while having a drink on the patio. Fantastic apartment

This apartment was fantastic the location is excellent yards from swimming pool huge grass area outside apartment suitable for all the family I travelled with 2 teenagers and a 5 year old they loved it could walk into old town or an Uber was only 5 euro apartment has everything and more than anyone would need felt so at home could have stayed longer internet was fantastic and loads of uk tv channels movies sports etc communication with Jane was great she arranged transport from airport this is the first time I have ever booked a private apartment but would not hesitate to book this again anyone thinking of booking clube albuferia you won’t be disappointed booking this great apartment thanks again Jane for a great stay x

Ants go marching

The grounds were beautiful, the unit however was very dated and dirty. Unit lacked necessary amenities such as beach towels and lounge chairs for the patio.One bath towel per person was not enough especially since the washer/ dryer took extremely long.The patio chairs were cracked. Ants were visible in the kitchen pantry and bathroom. The coffee maker did not function properly. The unit is in desperate need of an overhaul.

Hello Lucy .... i am confused by your review. This is a lovely corner plot apartment that is exactly like the photos. Everyone loves it here in this amazing Poolside location! ... This is a hot climate so there can obviously be ants in any hot climate .... if you had mentioned this then we could have sent someone to deal with this easily quickly .... this apartment has full Air Con in each room .... thousands of TV channels with movies sports catch up .... full fast fibre broadband .. fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, and everything you could possibly need .... the coffee machine works perfectly so we can not understand what you mean ... again you never mentioned this, this could have been solved quickly if you had mentioned it. Did you not love the newly fitted ensuite bathroom with huge walk in shower area .... we have just spent over 4000 euros on this bathroom ...... so your comments are just not fair at all ! We are baffled ..... did you not like the new recliner chair in the lounge to relax while watching a film. We have lovely patio furniture so we are completely confused ......... This is a wonderful resort, we pay thousands of euros in fees to ensure that guests have access to 4 swimming pools / restaurants / play area / volleyball/ basketball ......... it is really helpful if guests see our other reviews from amazing guests who absolutely love it here.

Disappointing

Our apartment was ok but not luxury as described and not somewhere that I’d return to. All our basic needs were met , but the living room seating wasn’t adequate for 6 people let alone 8 and was really uncomfortable. A bread bin and some bowls for fruit/salads would be good. There was no tv reception in the evening. The outside of the windows were dirty. The plastic patio furniture was a real disappointment. The garden sprinklers were situated right by our patio area and came on every afternoon and soaked us when sitting out. The lawn was permanently saturated and unpleasant to walk on. The exterior and the front door and window shutters were in need of a fresh coat of paint. Overall this apartment was not good value for the price we paid.

Hi Janie ..... its Jane here ..... we are the new owners of this lovely apartment, we have just seen your review + i would like to reply to yr valid points ... we stayed here just after yourself ... and we agree that the sprinklers in the gardens were spraying close to the patio and on the windows, making the windows get dirty quickly ... this has now been addressed with the resort + is no longer a problem ..... the apartment is well equipped with an abundance of bowls, plates, mugs, glasses .... with a full white set AND full navy set ... so we did not understand your points about more bowls needed ? We have had experts at the property to sort out any reception problems with the TV ...... so this is not a problem .... The large Sofa is so comfortable and soft with extra seating in the lounge area ..... The resort staff are so wonderful + want the gardens to be so beautiful for guests -- so i do understand that they go a little over the top with sprinklers ..... but i can assure you that this is sorted now x We are delighted to be the new owners here .... this apartment offers a wonderful spacious corner plot with yr own sun loungers to relax ...... Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven + hob, fridge + freezer, Washing machine + Dryer , Microwave, coffee machine .... UK TV channels, Catchup + Movies ...... FREE WIFI throughout ....... so we really feel that we are offering a wonderful home from home property .... with swimming pool just a few yards away ..... play area and snack bar, volleyball ....... everyone loves it here ...... Great apartment for our stay in the Algarve. Was spacious and had everything that we needed for our stay. Well situated on the complex really close to a quieter pool, so kids could nip back for ice cream etc.The resort has a small shop and 4 pools. Close to Albufeira, although not easily walkable. We used Ubers rather than hiring a car, but car hire would also be good in the area.We travelled as a family of 2 adults and 3 children. Communication with owner was really quick and satisfactory

Apartment has everything you need and is close to the fab Caza Azul restaurant/bar/pool area. It's also close to a larger pool area, the kids play area, swings and volley ball net and has plenty of outdoor space for kids to run around.

Wonderful clube albufeira 408

From begin till the end of our vacation we had a great time. The owner of the apartment Jane is very friendly and answers very quick. The apartment is big and beautiful and has some luxery items. Next to the apartment is a big grasfield volleybalnet and playing ground for children. Also the swimming pool is very close by but not so close that you can hear everybody play there. One of the pools is still heated in may which was lovely for the kids. It was a wonderful vacation.

Great time at Albufeira Club 408!

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. Visited with our 9 and 6 year olds. It was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The community is very nice, the restaurants on site are very good. There is a market with everything you need on-site. If you want to go into town, it is a quick and easy uber ride. Highly recommend!

The apartment and location beat all our expectations, clean spacious and the grounds well kept. The on site facilities ie pools and restaurants at our finger tips made an evermore relaxing holiday without the worry to go off complex but when we did a livley atmosphere was no more than a 5 minute taxi ride or 15minute walk to the old town. The reception staff were extreamly helpful with local information & organising our car booking, I speak a little under average Portuguese and they were happy for me to practice but this is not required as all staff including the restaurants speak above average English. This place made a perfect location so I was able to visit during my 2 week stay 7 different golf courses in different directions within 20 minutes knowing my children had more than enough to keep them occupied during the mornings. We would deffinatly revisit the resort again and more importantly the same apartment due ours hosts welcoming touches and messages before to travelling to and during our stay to ensure we got the best out our vacation.

Appartement bien agencé et fonctionnel. Décoré avec goût et doté de tout le confort mobilier tant bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Son emplacement en angle lui donne une sensastion d'espace supplémentaire par rapport aux autres habitations voisines. Avec un accès direct à la pelouse, au terrain de volley, aire de jeux et piscine donne la liberté aux plus jeunes d'aller et venir tout en permettant aux adultes de veiller sur eux. Sa localisation est elle aussi idéale puisque à moins de 5 minutes en voiture du centre ville où l'on peut trouver tous les commerces, bars, restaurants, pharmacie,...

Fantastic stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this property, images are very true to the reality of the property! The bedrooms are large and spacious and everything was there that we needed. The location is perfect being just across the grass from one of the swimming pools. We loved it and would absolutely stay again! The communication throughout was fantastic! And I have every faith that any issues would be addressed immediately. Very reassuring when visiting a new place. The property was lovely and clean although the one and only down for us was the cleanliness of the outside space it was covered in cobwebs and spiders. A little maintenance or brush down the outside area would be ideal and again similar for the ceilings in the hallway of the apartment. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks again The Healey gang!

Really Enjoyable Stay

Property is as described, had a really enjoyable stay - two adults, two teenagers. Great spacious apartment with everything needed to make your stay easy. Kitchen is fully equipped & having a washing machine, tumble dryer & dishwasher is ideal. Having your own sun loungers is also great. Booking process & contact was all very straightforward. Fab Apartment!

Set on the Clube Albufeira complex in an ideal location close to swimming pools and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had every appliance you could wish for, literally home from home!! The booking and airport transfers were booked through Lorna and her team, who were extremely helpful and professional throughout. I would highly recommend a visit!

Superb apartment

7 of us stayed here 15/7/18 until 25/7/18, and absolutely loved the apartment. Superb location if you have children as the pool is directly facing along with the volleyball net and play park. The staff at the pool bar are very friendly and the food was lovely if you fancied a change from ham baps 😄 We went to the old town most nights and the strip 2/3 times. You could walk to both, but it’s only a 5 min taxi journey (€5-8) The apartment itself was brilliant, very spacious and having 6adults 1 child staying here it didn’t feel like we were living in each other’s pockets. It has everything you could want for an apartment for cooking cleaning etc, and has 4 sun loungers to use which is great because of the sun goes behind the trees at the pool you can always sit outside the apartment. Lorna was very helpful and answered all my questions within 24hrs. Thank you and look forward to returning

lovely appartment, great for a family or single girls and guys.

I stayed in this apartment in 2017 with two friends we really enjoyed it so booked again this year. I stayed with my daughter her husband and three young children we all had a great time everyone had a really good time. The facilities were great especially for the children with the pool very close. They left and I was joined by my girlfriends, again we had a lovely time. The only problem was the TV reception, this was poor and although Lorna tried to rectify this we still were unable to watch TV in the evening on our chilling time. It is a lovely apartment in a great location only a short enjoyable walk into town. Yes I hope to return next year. Many thanks Lorna . Jane x

We stayed as a family of 7 adults and 1 child in the villa and it was just perfect. The Villa was clean and perfectly presented. Every facility you could ever need on holiday was to hand. The close proximity to the heated pool was perfect as the weather was a little cool when we were there so the usual pools were a bit cold. The proximity to the grass area at the side and front of the villa meant there was great privacy when sitting outside and all in all I couldn't praise this location highly enough. A great villa in a great location I would definitely recommend it.

Great holiday!

3rd visit to Clube Albuferia, this apartment is the best so far! Clean, modern and everything you could possibly need with a great location right near the pool! Will 100% be returning later on this year/next year.
