Good restaurants at 5min walking distance. The villa is being completely refreshed during the winter 2012-2013. The swimming pool is surrounded by terrace with barbecue and private garden. Very quite dead ending street. Street is now renamed as RUA DR. JOSE CORREIA NASCIMENTO - nr 9 in SESMARIAS / ALDEIA COEHELO

Why they chose this property

The villa was purchased by our parents as an ideal house for family holidays with the children and grandchildren. It was not only used during the summer time but also as a second residence each year, from April till October.

update February 2013: interior works almost completed. All painting done, 3 new showers and closets installed, roof renewed, all waterpipes new. Kitchen still in process and renovation of pool started.

What makes this property unique

Situated in a quite dead ending street, at walking distance of the beach and close to Albufeira, the house offers the possibility to spend quite holidays together but the central location also offer the possibility of various activities and excursions in the neighborhood.
