7 women from ages 36 to 80 stayed in the beautiful home.Enough room for all of us. Beautiful pool with seating for all and enjoyed cooking on the bbq.Nice kitchen with window that opened up to the bbq area.2 bedrooms with balconies. All of us were able to walk to the Marina for tours, food and drink. There was a bar/restaurant and grocery store that was also walkable.Enjoyed Old Town and had a beach day with chairs and umbrellas for 10 euros for the day. A few of us were able to walk to Old Town but for others a cheap 5 euros away. The host arranged reasonable airport transfer for us back to Faro.Overall a wonderful vacation!!

The villa is modern, clean and spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all good sizes and I loved that downstairs we effectively had our own private area with kitchen. The pool is in need of attention and unfortunately lets down what is otherwise a great villa

Thank you Ellen for your review. I stayed in the villa myself after your stay, and I agreed with you regarding the pool. I have addressed this with our maintenance crew and will be getting tiles replaced and a new filter installed soon. I hope this didn’t take away from your experience too much. We always try to address any of these issues as they come up. Thanks for staying with us! -Nick Rowder (owner)

This is a supreme villa. We came here for a family holiday, and had a lovely time. Lots of space, big bedrooms, ample bathrooms, and lovely communal areas, including the wonderful swimming pool. Everything we needed was here. Good location, close to marina and old town. Host was brilliant - great communication in the lead up and during the stay, always offering to help if we needed anything

We had such an amazing time staying at this villa! There were a couple of items, the pool wasn’t cleaned when we got there and the light bulbs needed replacing in one of the bathroom, but both issues were addressed promptly. Also, the swirl staircase is a little tight if your a taller person, but other than that, we had a fantastic stay, loved it!

Each room was well sized and had an air conditioning unit which was great for the evenings. The location of the villa was perfect with the pool being in the sun practically for the whole day, and the balcony’s provided great views over the marina and the sea. The hosts stayed in touch from the first enquiry about the villa until we got back to England which is great to see that they care about your stay and want it to all go well. We had a great time and I’d highly recommend.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I visited Albufeira in 2022 and we absolutely loved everything about it. Most of all we loved how easy it was to get around. When we started looking at properties I made it a priority to find something that was convenient to the beach, old town, and the marina while also being a modern home with all the amenities. This house fits all those criteria. We hope you enjoy the house and Albufeira as much as we do!
