Located in central Cannes, where the Old Town (Le Suquet) meets the area of the Boulevard de la Croisette. With only 5 minutes to the Palais des Festivals and less than 10 minutes to the beach, this is the ideal accommodation for both holidays and congress.

The floor is a corner apartment, so you have a balcony and views both down to the harbor and overlooking the Marché Forville which is the largest market in Cannes.

You have two bedrooms with a double bed in each, 160x200cm.
If you need extra bedding, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed.

Christmas in Cannes
We found the apartment to be very functional and conveniently located, but overall the accommodation is more basic than appears in the photos. For a winter stay, the apartment is not particularly cosy in the evenings, and the bed linen was rather inadequate for colder nights. It would benefit from some renovation especially in the shower room and toilet, and better furnishings and lighting. The rooms are spacious, with lots of natural light from large windows, and very clean throughout.

Un peu décevant
Nous avons été déçu par plusieurs éléments de cet appartement qui était pourtant plein de belles promesses à la lecture de l'annonce. Commençons par les chambres : spacieuses, literies correctes et propres mais d'une déco plutôt basique et des sols trop anciens à mon goût. Les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage et peu hermetiques à la fermeture : la nuit on a l'impression que la rue s'est invitée chez vous. La salle de bain est à rafraichir, la douche à rénover totalement. La cuisine n'est pas toute équipée, contrairement à ce que dit l'annonce : il manque un micro-onde. Le salon/salle à manger est pas mal, même s'il manque une 6ème chaise. Climatisation : il y a 3 pièces, donc 3 climatisations. Sachez que seules 2 peuvent souffler du froid en simultané. Les grandes qualités de cet appartement sont essentiellement son espace ainsi que son emplacement, rien de plus !
