Modern villa completely rebuilt in 2019, spacious, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, only 400 m. from Cala Baladrar and 10 minutes' drive to Moraira, quiet & private located. Air conditioned and heating throughout the house, private pool 8m x 5m, parking for 4 cars, sea views.

HOUSE:
The villa has 2 floors.

The ground floor is comprised of:
Living-dining-room with gas fireplace
Modern kitchen (fully equipped with cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer)
Utility room
Covered terrace with outdoor furniture
Large terrace with 10 sun loungers
2 shower-rooms (one en-suite)
3 double bedrooms (one with a double bed 'king size, 150 cm', and the other two with 2 single beds, 90 cm each, all with built-in wardrobes).

The upper floor, communicated with an internal modern staircase is comprised of:
Terrace (west facing)
Double bedroom with 2 single beds and sliding doors to the terrace (south facing)
Bathroom with bath
Master bedroom with super-king size bed (180 cm) with 2 mattresses, built-in large wardrobe and sliding doors to the south facing large terrace.

High quality construction. Modern furnished. Gas fireplace in the living-room. Air conditioned and heating throughout. Alarm.

EXTERIOR:
Pool (8m. x 5m.) on the same level as the main accommodation.
2 parking areas, one at the bottom road and one at the top road.
Spacious terrace around the pool with 10 sun loungers, dining table & 10 chairs.

Sorry, but pets are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed in outside terraces.

This is our 3rd time at the villa. It is very well equipped,secure and an ideal place for families. A car is a must and is in an ideal position for trips to Calpe and Moraira.

Beautiful clean and modern villa. Perfect for two families. Comfortable beds too! Walkable to Aldi and a few restaurants although no pavements so maybe not great for young kids. We absolutely loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the villa.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. It is modern, stylish and extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The villa was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the swimming pool was lovely — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. Everything has clearly been thought about to make guests feel at home.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were friendly, helpful and always quick to respond whenever we had a question.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this villa. We would happily stay here again!

We absolutely loved our time here. The property is spacious and airy. Check in was easy and all of the appliances worked as expected. Although there are a few shops and restaurants nearby you'll need a car if you stay here. Would absolutely return!

The only reason we went for 4 and not a 5 review was several (maybe teething) issues with leaks, air conditioning, power outages but these were quickly addressed by the owners / managers. Otherwise a really nice place, well equipped, good parking for two cars (although turning around was tight). A few bars and restaurants within walking distance but otherwise a good central location from which to drive from.

An exceptional villa!

We stayed in the middle of June for two weeks and could not fault this villa, it was modern, clean and situated in a lovely area, perfect for the family and if the opportunity arises we would not hesitate to stay again. Beautiful house

A beautiful house in a lovely area. Any small issues we had were fixed within 24 hours, and Marissa was very helpful before we arrived, making sure we had everything we needed for a child in our group with a disability. We loved our stay, and will hopefully return.

Beautiful property and location

We had a great holiday at this villa. It’s location is fantastic. We had an issue with the fan in the bedroom that was resolved very quickly. Everything was as advertised and we had no issues. We would love to come back. Great location within walking distance of two coves and two restaurant bars.

Beautiful and relaxing

The Property was excellent and suited our needs perfectly. The amenities were all in close proximity but a car is definitely a must if you wish to get out and about. The Villa is maintained to a high standard and is a home away from home. The hosts are fantastic and are available to solve any problems. We will definitely be looking to return.

Wonderfull

We stayed with our family 5 adults and 5 childeren! The villa is very luxery, The pool is just fantastic, the surrounding is beautiful, we had such al nice stay! The wheather was also very good, we eat the whole time outside! The contact with the owners was very good! We really come back!! Thanks!

Although the main business is sales and advice on all aspects of the property, a few years ago decided to invest in the purchase of properties in good locations in Moraira, and now that the sales have decreased combine the sales with the rental of their own properties.
