Charming beach stay

Sandie hosts an incredible place with everything we needed to enjoy our trip to Daytona. We were able to enjoy the beach and just enjoy the house. Can’t wait to visit again.

Great loft apartment

Location was great. Girls trip for the Daytona 500 race weekend. Loft was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay.

Fun loft, great location

We stayed here for the Daytona 500. While the race/events were a blast, it was also nice to be able to retreat to a place out of the crowds- the location was a short drive & Ormond has many great, local restaurants/things to do. The loft was clean, decor was bright & fun. Sandie was easy to get a hold of & when we needed to stay an extra night because of a rain delay for the race, she was so kind & accommodating. If we come back to the area, this place would be our first choice!

My 3 friends and I stayed in the Loft, which has a well stocked nice, full kitchen and comfortable beds. This loft is in an extremely convenient location, as Publix is right there, adjacent to the Loft on the rear side. The owners were flexible with the arrival and departure times, for which we are very grateful. We all ran The Tomoka half marathon.

Perfect!

The only negative part was the stairs. Stairs need to be advertised in the description. We have several friends that are a handicap and if they came with us, they would’ve never been able to get up the stairs

I booked this property 8 months in advance for a trip to Daytona 500 for my husband. When we got there another family was already in the unit. We had travelled from New Jersey and had no where to stay during the busiest week of the year in Dayton Beach. We had to scramble to find our own accommodations at twice the price. I am still awaiting compensation for this. The owner is not responding to my requests. Do not stay here. This property was purposely double booked.

New Years Get-Away

This property was perfect for my family’s New Years get away. It had just the right amount of space for my husband, me and our 2 adult sons. Having just one bathroom was not a problem at all. After all, if you stayed in a hotel room that’s all you would get. The location of the loft was great! It was just a quick walk across the street to the beach and there were stores and restaurants within walking distance as well. We didn’t have to drive anywhere unless we just wanted to. The property manager was wonderful! She even checked on us after our first night to see if we needed anything. The whole reservation and check in/out process was very easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Cozy-chic! Beautiful and relaxing getaway in this updated beach loft.

The Loft was the perfect space for our family getaway. We entered up the stairs to a cute little deck with a beach view. Entering the loft was no disappointment. We loved the open kitchen/living room space. The island was the perfect center to gather for drinks and dinner, and just so happened to have fresh donuts from a local business waiting for us! Big screen TV for our down time movies and morning news. The two spacious bedrooms were more than I expected. Plenty of space, and of course, very tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and pillow selection was excellent. Nothing has been left out here. Full kitchen for cooking, grilling and a blender for fun beach drinks! We were able to grocery shop right next door for the week. The beach is just across the road, and was pleasantly quiet this time of year. Our group of 4 agreed this was truly the perfect beach getaway. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

The BEST mini vacation we didn’t want to leave!

The owners were awesome and the loft was literally PERFECT! It’s exactly as described and so convenient to everything. We had a jam packed 4 days and just the fact that the grocery store was right there and the beach across the street let us enjoy more time together as a family. The loft was so cozy and the beds were so comfortable. Everyone had their space and blankets galore to cuddle up with after a long day out. We arrived late at night and the owners had the light on for us and the key in a convenient place for us to get in quickly. You don’t even need your own beach towels, coolers or chairs, they have literally thought of it all and it was all available for our use. The kitchen was the best, with a nice open layout and spacious. The outdoor deck with grill is inviting at night with the lanterns burning. The area was nice and quiet and tj ice cream shop next door was awesome. Donnie’s doughnuts 3 miles down the road are amazing- give them a try. The beach is so clean and family friendly. Thank you so much for an amazong stay, we will not even consider a hotel next time we come as this loft is our #1 choice.

Awesome Loft!

We were so pleased with the loft. The king sized bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in, other than my own. The ease of access to the beach and shopping was nice. Very quiet and private. We highly recommend!

Surprise location and so much fun!

Great rental in a fun unusual location led to lots of fun and everything we needed. So close to everything and such a cute place. We are totally ridiculous moms on a girls trip and the owner managed to tolerate our ridiculousness. Lol. As an owner of vrbo’s myself I can say that you won’t be disappointed. Thanks for the hospitality!

Thanksgiving

I rented this unit for my son, daughter in law and granddaughter. The unit was beautiful and well maintained but it was a little difficult to maneuver the uneven concrete in the alley and the steep stairs that are used to access the unit after dark. Security lights would be helpful. It was also inconvenient to have to launder the sheets and towels prior to leaving. I have my own VRBO and our property manager cleans the house and all the sheets and towels. It was very stressful for my son and daughter-in-law to have to do this while trying to load the car and manage a two year old. Overall, they enjoyed their stay.

Easter Vacation

When looking for a place to stay we wanted something that was clean, linen furnished and close to the beach. Sandie’s beach house delivered all that and more! Her home was beautiful and was plenty of room for my family of 8, don’t let the one bathroom scare you, we made it work with no problems. We traveled on Easter Sunday and when my grandchildren got there they were greeted with cookies and and an Easter hunt for chocolate placed throughout out her home...that was very special and my grandchildren loved looking for candy!!! We can’t thank Sandie enough for her kindness and hospitality!

Birthday extended weekend

Karl and I have been married for 36 years and have 4 children . Three boys and a girl ages 33, 31, 28and 23. Karl has his own auto repair business for over 35 years now. I have been fortunate to stay home and raise my kids. In December of 2017 we purchased this building and renovated the loft to make it a great little get away for people to stay. We put a lot of thought and work into it to make it as cozy and relaxing as possible with all the amenities of home. We are always open to advice and have added many things to the loft the guests have requested. Making The Loft the perfect place to stay!

We have lived in Ormond beach for over 30 plus years. We moved here because of the beautiful , quaint town with a lot of old Florida history.The location and the beach is the perfect place to visit if you want to get away from it all. There is so much to do locally in just short trips north and south. Not to forget Disney World (a trip west) an hour and a half away. We are more than just a vacation rental! We made this rental with the comforts of home away from home. We have added some special extras that you will not find at a hotel or other properties. Our guests are our priority and we are available to help you plan your trip with suggestions and ideas to make your tip memorable. We are always available to help our guests at anytime. You will love it here!!
