The penthouse have a nice rooftop bar with swing chairs, a barbecue, a nice dining area surounding by a garden, a full view over playa del carmen, sunset and sunrise view! about 400 meters from the beaches. Located in downtown playa del Carmen, just few blocks away from famous 5th avenida. Very close from bars, restaurants, Walmart (150 meters) and mall centers, Oxxo (convenient store) at the door. parking area, close to all transportations, ADO and colectivos (local buses.). First floor has a medium bedroom with a full bed (small double bed), private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen ( oven, microwave, kettle and coffee machine) living room with dining table, large tv with cable and a balcony with a breakfast table. Second floor has two bedrooms with king size beds private bathrooms. Penthouse has AC, laundry room, drinking water fountain, towels and whites.We can organize private tours, private parties, romantic diners, scuba diving tours, trips to xcaret, xelha, and to beautiful cenotes. we can arrange for more acommodates on demandes (ask for fees)
