Come enjoy this thoughtfully designed 2 bed / 1 bath tiny cabin, completed in Summer 2025. Blending modern style with simplicity, this peaceful lakeside oasis offers the perfect getaway. The space feels open with not only views of the lake but also offers direct, lake frontage and is accessible to rentable boats. The outdoor patio extends the living space with lake breeze. Gas Grill.
Sorry, no tying boats to the dock, there are boat ramps nearby and we also have a mooring.

We loved the beautiful views of Lake Charlevoix and proximity to both Charlevoix and Boyne City! This was a unique cottage - tiny but so comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied and we only wished we had more time to spend here!

The configuration of the property is appearing for gathering of friends and family that want to share a vacation, but not a roof. Each cabin sleeps 4, but the whole property (including the three bedroom house above) sleeps 18. Each has its own privacy but there's also plenty of space to gather.

Simple lakefront living at your fingertips. With rentable boats directly in front. Expect to have the amenities from home, but this is tiny home living at its finest. So kick back and enjoy! Please review these important details before your stay:
• Multiple Cabins: This listing is for ONE private cabin. Our 5-acre property has three rental units in total. While each cabin is designed for privacy, you can expect to see and hear other guests in the shared outdoor areas like the docks and fire pit.
• Group Bookings: Planning a trip with a larger group? You can rent multiple cabins to accommodate up to 18 guests across all units. Please send us a message to inquire about availability and booking multiple cabins together.
• Boat Rentals: We have partnered with a local service to offer boat rentals. We will provide you with information on how to reserve a boat after your booking is confirmed.
