Lovely little home with great spaces. We were all able to congregate together or slip away and find a place to be alone if needed. Beds were very comfy! It felt like home away from home.

We had an excellent stay in Hot Springs and the Spa City Cottage. Our accommodations were very clean and maintained, well stocked, and just a great space for our family both to spread out but to also come together and enjoy each other. Getting to downtown and elsewhere around Hot Springs was especially easy from our location. We highly recommend this charming cottage! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Eveything about our stay was fantastic! Everything we needed for a 5 day stay was provided and it felt like being at home! Super close for shopping, the Oaklaen Casino and downtown Hot Springs!! Would definitely recommend staying here!!!

Everything about this house and rental stood out. The house is exceptional. From the cleanliness, the abundance of amenities to the historic charm. Check-in could not have been any easier and Debi was available if we needed anything. I truly cannot say enough about our stay! We will definitely stay here again!

Great Place to Stay!!!

We were there for my birthday and opening day at races, the cottage was close to track 2 min drive, could walk if you wanted to, cottage was clean and very cozy!!! I would stay again!!!

Our host was very accommodating. Everything was perfect. The house was very clean. Everything we needed was available. We appreciated the extra towels and all the extras in the bathrooms. The location was a perfect walk to and from Oaklawn. We were even allowed to park at the house 'early' on the first day so we could avoid parking at the track. We will definitely stay here again!
