Little blue house

This was a cute house with so much room. The beds were very comfortable. The walking distance to bath house row is perfect for after lunch/dinner fart walk. Its a nice quiet neighborhood with some nice locals. It really did feel very central to anything you would want to do. Would stay again.

Charming Home for Family Vacation

Preston was on top of everything from checking in on us to recommending places to visit. The home had all we needed and was roomy enough for our family of 8 (5 adults, 3 kids). 5 min drive to Historic district and about 20 mins to things like Garvan Woodland Gardens.

This house was exactly what we needed for our family! It had lots of great things for our kids (5 yrs and younger) with a playroom stocked with toys, arcade games, and books. The older girls loved the upstairs space and we had plenty of space for our pack and play in the downstairs bedroom. The location was wonderful in a quiet neighborhood within close distance to downtown and National Park sites. We could have easily walked as adults, but didn’t risk it with the young kids. We received a nice long list of suggestions of places to eat and things to do from the host which was really helpful.

Hot Springs Volleyball Classic stay

Property was just as described in the listing. It was very relaxing and quiet property with the amenities as described in the listing. It served our purpose fantastically over the weekend with 4 adults and one 12 year old volleyball player. The location was perfect for downtown and bathhouse row , as well as the Hot Springs Convention Center. Which is an easy 15 minute walk away.

Nice house

Nice house, clean, new fixtures, quite, nice patio, kids play room upstairs. Nice to walk around during the day, wouldn't walk to/from downtown in the dark, not enough street lights a block or so. Then it is good again. Four minutes drive to free parking garage downtown. Beds comfy, nice bedding. 10 min walk to West Mountain trailhead. Host kept good communication and responded promptly to questions. We enjoyed our stay.

It was exactly what we were looking for. Would stay again. No problems. The only downside was the expensive cleaning fee when we are required to do the dishes, load and start the laundry (towels) and take out the trash. This leaves very little for the cleaning service to take care of and I don't feel like the cost justifies it.

Spacious beautiful home

We loved staying at this property - it's very professionally managed by the hosts who provided all the relevant information, communicated in a timely manner and were very accommodating of the needs of a family with a toddler and a baby. The best recommendation we can give is that we had to spend the whole day in the house due to bad weather and there was plenty to keep the kids and the adults entertained and happy.

Wonderful location, great place OK so

It was a good experience, cozy, clean as expected, quiet neighborhood. However, we didn’t appreciate that a black car (perhaps the cleaning crew) appeared at 10:30am before checkout and waited outside until we left. It made it feel like we were been rushed to leave. We would back again.
